This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 I found Medicare data files and national billing system all use hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress overthrew thee USA into the virtual control of an international cabal of companies and interlocking secret deals and interlocked partnerships and shell companies with NO RIGHT OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING AS A CONTRACTOR OF THE USA NOR ABLE TO USE EXISTING BUDGET EITHER TO STOP CRIMES AND CONSTITUTIONAL WRONGS BEING DONE TO EACH AND ALL Defying the laws of the land, defying agency judges orders and rewriting laws to suit themselves while often blatantly stealing from the public treasury as well as lobbying for skims and scams to create more contracts to shuffle data on ancient systems that newer ones should handle with the' free labor o machines ' that has systematically been stolen from the people over the last 30 years by a cabal of high level parties who intentionally set themselves to reap the benefits of the 'free labor of new technology ' rather than getting a fair share for invention and creation and the rest shared with the people as free.
For all of the human family to have all basic needs of a human met without begging for them ever against agencies they now control as contractors.. an no need for such as the ;free labor of machines would make the basic subsistence amount of energy , food , shelter health care free for any member of the human family.. and free to have more through our own efforts and work or sharing in families or household we are able to create . not all share that philosophy but was already have this right to a basic minimum in social programs we have created and not huge against that would be saved if every one got that basic and no need for contracts, or big monies for administration as the modern systems can to the job for us...
IF THEY CAN SNOOP ON EVERY ONE OF OUR WORDS AND COMPILE IN DATA BASES TO SNOOP THROUGH AS CONTRACTORS TO USE THE INFO AS THEY PLEASE UNFETTERED.. THAN WE CAN HAVE THE MOST MODERN OF SYSTEMS USED (WHICH WE DO NOT HAVE BEING DONE NOW) TO MAKE SURE EACH GETS THE BASIC SUBSISTENCE AMOUNT OF THE BASICS FOR EACH MEMBER OF THE HUMAN FAMILY IN THE USA AND OTHER NATIONS ALSO ENSLAVED BY THIS CABAL ETC NOW WOULD FOLLOW SUIT.
Yes even the TRUMP FAMILY Will GET THIS FREE LABOR OF MACHINES OF A SUBSISTENCE LEVEL which they can share with others if they so wish to do so . when he leaves PUBLIC HOUSING in a few years and another family moves into the White House as we will still have a government and nation where the people are the ultimate rulers under the US Constitution as we send a few from among us to places of government to take care of our business for us.. and in the COUP of 2002 shirked their duty for us.. and ITS HAS RESULTED IN HUMAN SUFFERING WITH LOSS OF LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS AND DISAPPEARANCE OT THE PUBLIC TREASURY THAT NO ONE KNOWS WHERE OUR MONEY IS? as no one from the real government is allowed to find out due to Congress; in the COUP of 2002 and the unconstitutional gag order to not mention, contract or have a contractors testify for them and us to know what is going on and stop the thievery and illegal acts going on ... as a more ethical company could do the job or bring the work back in house.. OR LET THE FREE LABOR OF MACHINES DO THE WORK FOR US IN MOST WAYS NOW.. .
Less and less jobs will exist as we work less hours and free to spend our free time doing other tings or creating new businesses and work that we have yet to even conceive of. as most will wish to live a better life style than each just own an efficiency condo or tiny house. that cannot be taken from one as home ownership is another key to REAL HAPPINESS AND FREEDOM ALONG WITH ALL THOSE OTHER INALIENABLE RIGHTS OF LIFE. LIBERTY AND HAPPINESS . Our founders will under stood this when the decided to break free from the controls of the past. and form an ideal we are still striving to achieve but has back slid since the COUP of 2002

AS WELL AS ALL OF OUR PERSONAL RECORDS OF ALL KINDS OF AGENCIES FOR ALL KINDS OF DEALINGS WE AND OUR COMPANIES AND ENTITIES HAVE IN TRUST WITH THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO BE PROTECTED FROM ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO MISUSE FOR ANY AND ALL NEFARIOUS PURPOSES.

We learn the basic of how a law is made in our classes in school but THERE IS MORE TO IT THAN THAT
Laws are based on information and data and facts to know what the law should say or how it is to be carried out WE ALL WISH ALL TO HAVE BASIC HEALTH CARE FOR LIFE AS ITS PART OF BEING A SOCIAL, CARING BEING FOR ALL TO HAVE IT.. SOMEHOW WE HAVE TO GET A DOCTOR AND OTHER BEST FOR EACH PATIENT MEDICAL CARE TO THE PATIENT. AND ALL BE ABLE TO BE FAIRLY COMPENSATED .. better is to prevent health issues and injury and HAVE NEW CURES WHICH SOLVE THE MEDICAL NEEDS QUICKLY AND COMPLETELY FREEDOM ALLOWS THIS TO OCCUR .... AND HE OPPOSITE IS NOW IN PLACE TO NOT DO BETTER THAN EVER HEATH WISE......
All being robbed from us now by the current system of FREE LABOR OF MACHINES BEING STOLEN ALONG WITH BLATANT THEFT AND NEEDLESS SHUFFLING OF DATA THROUGH MORE CONTRACTS AND CONTRACTS. ETC. and no over sight to make sure its all needed and being done as it should be ethically and constitutionally AND ITS NOT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND GETTING WORSE AND WORSE OVER TIME AS THE CONTROL IS MORE TIGHTS THAN EVER WITH NO FREE MARKET COMPETITION AVAILABLE WHEN THIEVES HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE ILLEGAL DEALS TO STEAL AND UNDERBID THOSE WHO WOULD DO THE WORK LEGALLY
And much of that is work that more modern systems would take care of FOR THE FREE LABOR OF MACHINES.
ITS THE RULES COMMITTED OF THE US SENATE And US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES which propose and passed through all to NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND NOT TO FIND OUT SO THAT LAWS CANNOT BE PASSED BASED ON REAL KNOWLEDGE OR FACTS OR DATA THAT CAN BE VERIFIED.
And budgets cannot be passed that work as NO ONE KNOWS WHAT MONEY IS REALLY NEEDED AND HOW MUCH IS BEING STOLEN AS NO ONE KNOWS AS NO ONE IS ABLE TO STOP THE THIEVES INSIDE THE CONTRACTORS AND THE CORRUPTION FROM THE SWAMP PERMEATES THE WHOLE AS CONGRESS HAS THE GATE LOCKED TO GET IN AND STOP IT.
More important is that all who carry out the work knows the rules and laws of the land and follow those without questions if they are to be doing the work of government as the government or as a contractor/ DUE TO SO MUCH OF THE WORK BEING DONE BY CONTRACTORS NOW, FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL IN ALL AREAS OF GOVERNMENT AT EVERY LEVEL , MANY IN AGENCIES HAVE HAD LESS AND LESS TRAINING OR EVEN ACCESS TO KNOW WHAT THE LAWS AND RULES OF THE LAND EVEN ARE. and when someone thinks they are being treated unfairly.. they are unable to have an appeal and the legal issues reviewed to see if the laws of the land are being followed or not. OFTEN THEY ARE NOT and why laws and regulations were passed in years before we had the COUP of 2002 so that fairness and justice for all did exist.
Please get the laws o the land our of PDF format so a search engine using words and phrased like Google has to locate the laws or rule or hearing testimony etc., one is referring to .. etc. .

AND THEN THAT 50 YEAR BACK LOG OF FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUESTS WOULD GO WAY DOWN AS MUCH OF WHAT IS ASKED FOR WOULD BE FOUND BY THE REQUESTER THEMSELVES IN A FEW KEY OR THUMB STROKES.....we have allowed the cabal to hide our own laws from us... and most appeals cannot be legally answered with legal issues are raised. until one gets to a real judge and years of back logs there. We have a US Constitution as a governing document with rights as part as amendments .. that has an overriding philosophy that no one among us is to be harmed by ''mob rule." They put check and balances in our government document and all our laws are to follow the guidance of it to make sure our government would have those to make sure no one or group of humans would do harm to any one else. Perfect, no, as a large group in slavery and others like women did not have full rights back then in 1789 but the ideal was there and freedom for all prevailed and we have come close to the ideal now.. and have let it nearly be lost to us

1-800 Medicare *General Dynamics call centers have the info available to see and the phone menu for most of their call centers has an automated menu to verify if this has happen to you also and then an agency can orders a temporary entitlement letter on a phony number to share with whomever you think should know. I have made a redacted copy that only shows the last couple of numbers of the social security numbers and the suffixes.. to show the SYSTEM IS BREACHED AND INSECURE FOR 60 MILLION OF US.. and this is the norm of what is going on now.
.As the real system still have my employer's bi weekly post hacked which has been illegal to do as is done since the COUP OF 2002 on many since 1994. and my two primary payers which are hidden since 10/6/16 bi weekly hack and then the bogus off line unsecured screen sold to the medical community for use to bill so that they are then framed for making it seen that all but the one, still illegal pay as it not labeled as a conditional one to get the money back by the recovery unit from the primary payer) pays with other 16 pays diverted at the bank to them and they can have their bank account drained for the overpayment as the cabal decides if they are and able to take back the money as they one they sign up with to accept payment and Blues is he primary payer for those on my family policy who also have Medicare cards and three Medicare judges have verified and said Medicare has never been primary and will not be until I am allowed to retire. by this cabal blocking that as my request for permanent disability at FECA is withheld from my claims examines as it the entire file with many judges remands to process so much as much is out of pocket expenses already approved for life also since the COUP of 2002.
My own congressional delegation has an unredacted copy to place with pending privacy releases they cannot help me with as THEY ARE GAGGED TO NOT CONTACT THE CONTRACTOR AND FIND OUT WHY 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES ARE NOT BEING OBEYED AND THE AGENCY OR CONGRESS HAVE NO ACCESS TO RECORDS IF THEY DO NOT WISH THEM TO BE.
Over payments are to be recovered ad claims process as a conditional payment and sent to them to recovery but their units at Recovery and coordination are blocked by their corporate hacking from doing the real contracted job. The regional office at CMS will not grant the medical community a waiver to do a paper claim as a conditional payment which legally they have to BUT LEGAL IS NOT ALLOWED BY THE CABAL IN CHARGE as they and patient are not overpayment as the REAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO POWER OVER THE CONTRACTOR WHICH WILL NOT PROCESS A PAPER CLAIM WHEN IT HAS TO LEGALLY BE DONE AS NO OTHER WAY.. I HAVE had to file paper claims on matters and the company said its legal to do so .. but the cabal will not let them process them for years. and we have no rights now.. we are to have and few understand what I have found out from the few who do know and years to find out and I am from years inside these programs and CONGRESS ITS TIME TO STAND UP TO THIS OVER THROW AND UNDO IT AND THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW..
