This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data files hacked worse than ever by the cabal our own congress voted to allow to overthrown the USA in the COUP of 2002... and has not rescinded it back since... Leaving the USA in the VIRTUAL CONTROL OF INTERNATIONAL CABAL WHO SOON GAINED NEAR FULL CONTROL from local to federal as government contractors accountable to no one but itself. And the main ingredient of the miry much of the swamp of corruption many would like to cleanse but CONGRESS HAS HE GATE LOCKED TO GET IN. as in the COUP of 2002 Congress voted that no existing budget in any non DOD agency could be used for an internal audit of a government contractors nor a criminal investigation as crimes got worse and rights of all with massive losses of lives, health and livelihoods and the security of the USA became OCCUPIED BY ONE INTERLOCKED CABAL and all to be kept "TOP SECRET' by the few who did know what occurred as most did not know the e governing BILLS OF 2002 BUDGET HAD BEEN ALTERED TO OVERTHROW THE GOVERNMENT OF THE USA SO THAT THE REAL GOVERNMENT NO LONGER HAD AUTHORITY OVER THE GOVERNMENT AND NEITHER WOULD THEY BE ABLE TO KNOW WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON . and thus have no evidence to not renew or cancel a crooked contractor's contract as it would be nearly impossible to get the evidence to warrant it, And the few times they have been able to has only occurred after massive thefts of the public treasury and a lot of individual records being made available and then 1-800 Medicare was helping and obeying their contract to document and forward but they are under new management now. of?? That time it began in 8/08 and went back to 1/06 on all and then did not end until 11/12 when the contract ended. and another took over and cross referred all the number to stop any multiples going out again until 10/16-- but the monies never recovered and the victims not notified they have overpayment liability against them either that their heirs inherit THIS TIME ITS NOT ONE CLAIMS PAYING COMPANY AT ALL
This time it began in 10/16 and went back to 11/12 and has not ended and no victims notified either and this includes the medical community being 'framed ' and being ordered to use the hacked system as is they pay big monies to access to bill and not do a paper claims to protect them and filed legally in our cases as a conditional payment.
Domestic programs often are spent with the outflow of monies bound by privacy laws of the individual or entities applying for all kinds of benefits' and not all are poverty programs either. which means state monies get stolen as they are forced to go along with the federal and rely on the federal government for audits and systems audits is crucial now.. and also criminal investigations have been the federal government expense as federal monies partially are used.
TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THAN EVER WAS CONGRESS THEN VOTED FOR UNCONSTITUTIONAL RULES THAT FORBID A MEMBER OF CONGRESS OR THEIR STAFF FROM CONTACTING A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR TO FIND OUT WHY A CONSTITUENT'S MATTER BEFORE AN AGENCY WAS GOING SO WRONG ....
Members of Congress are under a self imposed 'gag; order not to mention, contact or have a government contractors testify .. AND THIS HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH COURTESY AT ALL ....
Its an enabling of illegal and down right organized crime activity stealing from the USA with endangered lives and livelihoods with too many dire consequences over the years .
THERE IS NO FREE AND FAIR MARKET SYSTEM IN CONTRACTING ABLE TO OCCUR AND EVEN PRIVATE INDUSTRY HAS FOUND THEY HAVE TO HIRE THE SAME ENTITY CABAL' S MANAGEMENTS SERVICES TO DEAL WITH THEIR COHORTS AS GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS.
It took me several years to find out why 38 federal agency judges and finally appellate judges remand orders were being disappeared and defied and why .. AND FINALLY THE PLEADING FOR MY AND OUR OWN SURVIVAL WENT UP THE HIERARCHY OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT UNTIL I BEGAN TO GET ANSWERS IN WRITING AND VERBALLY THAT THE RULER OF THE USA WAS LYNN BLODGETT AS THE NAMED HEAD OF THIS SWAMP CABAL AND HE SAID WHAT THE LAWS WERE AND ORDERED THE HACKING OF SYSTEM AND HAD CONTROL AND OWNERSHIP OF SUCH IN OVER 200 OR MORE COMPANIES AS WELL AS INTERLOCKED PARTNERSHIP DEALS , WHICH CREATED CONFLICTS OF INTEREST EVEN THE WEAKEST LAWS AGAINST WERE VIOLATED.
And members of Congress could not and would not help me at all.. even when they had been provided copies of judges orders and others extensive documentation of near daily crimes being committed against me and mine and life threatening consequences of what was being done.
My certified letters to him went unanswered until I published an open letter on my page at the WASHINGTONPOST.COM in response to health insurance issues before we put the entire nation under what we feds WERE ALREADY LIVING AND STRUGGLING NOT TO BE DYING UNDER I do not know this man personally and do not know for sure who he works for.. or is he now risen to the top of the whole yet?
We have a situation where the USA is being robbed and the people suffering due to our public monies not being used for us.. and even the rich make use of the things we have in common like roads and public utilities etc.
WHEN A STAFF MEMBER OF A CONGRESS PERSON does not get a straight answers from a government office when a privacy release is legally signed and submitted THEN ITS TIME FOR CONGRESS TO DO WHAT THEY CAN TO HELP THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AND IF THEY ARE NON COOPERATIVE THEN THERE NEEDS TO BE AN INVESTIGATION OF THAT GOVERNMENT OFFICE AS ONCE CONGRESS WOULD DO. and clean up the problem... .
But government employees have no government to turn to either now .as even the whistle blower program intake is done by ones connected to the ones they would be BLOWING THE WHISTLE ON.
AND THERE IS NO FRAUD department as Congress will not allow an investigation nor prosecution of a government contractor and we are helpless under a real dictatorship and a CONGRESS WHICH DOES NOT REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OR THE NATION.
COURTESY IS A BAD EXCUSE !
Courtesy would to put the employee of the real government office on a conference call with the contractor who is not doing what the judges say, to clarify what is needed to got the work done and moving along etc. , or other matters that are not being legally and constitutionally followed so that each and every one is given their civil and constitutional rights as are supposed to occur. and why CONGRESS USED TO BE MORE POPULAR AS THEY WERE REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE AND THE NATION. as individuals as well as the people in general

In 2002, Senator Chris Dodd was claimant of the Senate rules committee and others have held the office since then and all went along and never allowed the US congress to take back their authority to find out the truth , data and files as all kinds of laws got passed that never worked well for the people and nation and trillions of dollars of our monies went missing with no accountability of where they went to or for what? as contracting out became the norm from local to federal level and say they are the government when they are not and are not to say they are.. ALL TOP SECRET TO FOOL THE PEOPLE??? and cause chaos and worse.. DIVIDE THE PEOPLE FROM COOPERATION WITH THEIR ELECTED OFFICIALS FROM LOCAL TO STATE AND FEDERAL LEVELS as the media frenzy loved it as it makes good gossipy easy to get news when the real news was the over throw of the USA and how to end that as it takes some research and in 2002 the media laid off their researchers . as did they know there would be no coverage of the TOP SECRET OVERTHROW??
I had spoke to Senator Blunts' staff several times in past recent years who was chairman and THEY COULD NOT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE DIRE CONSEQUENCES OF THESE GAG ORDERS that makes even hearings a 'sham' as heads of agencies pass on only what they know from too often verbal or incomplete or false reports from their contractors . NOTHING THEY WERE ABLE TO VERIFY AS ACCURATE OR NOT. AND TO OFTEN NOT.
Lynn Blodgett was never asked about why his international security force was not protecting Benghazi , was he..? and that is not about Medicare or health care which he has virtual control of and massive thefts occurring per the witnesses inside the contractors and breaches of system security going on since 10/6/16 and as virtual control of one company after another will not even let the nice customer service people at 1-800 Medicare file the fraud reports and breaches of security they are seeing daily now. and not just on me. they have said with some inside sources saying a billion dollars a day is going missing from Medicare
. The how is there to see and are being ordered to cover it up when their contract says to get a printout or picture of the info and get it directly to the real government at CMS! not to the contractor....were too many have disappeared in the last time this occurred on a smaller scale that was still millions just in my name and judges orders ignored to get the recovery done as the contractor to do that is over The MEDICARE HACKERS AND ORDER IT UNDER THE ORDERS OF THE HEAD ALREADY FOR ONE HACK TO MAKE MEDICARE PRIMARY WHEN MY EMPLOYER POSTS BI WEEKLY ITS NOT. AND THREE MEDICARE JUDGES AGREED AND THEY ARE IGNORED ALSO.
AS BCRC OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY CORPORATE OFFICE MANAGER SAID: "WE DO NOT CARE WHAT A JUDGE SAYS" not their contract terms to not alter as its been illegal to alter since 1994 what ones employer ports and the law itself says its illegal ... and that is to be ignored as their deals with the insurers is over all of that and the insurers are managed by THIS HEAD IN ALL CASES AND IN 2002 ALL WERE UNDER THE ONE ENTITY FOR MY THREE HEALRTH PLANS AND THOSE OF THOSE ON MY EMPLOYER PLAN WHO HAVE CARDS NOW
HOW CAN A REALISTIC BUDGET BE PASSED OR ANY LAW PASSED WHEN THE FACTS AND DATA ARE UNKNOWN AND HOW EVEN SKIMS AND SCAMS AND OUTDATED SYSTEM BEING USED TO STEAL WITH. AS ARE GOING ON ..
We have our medical community under the real legal threat of having all of their bank accounts taken by the authority of this cabal under his virtual control as he is over the contracts they sign with all their info to accept payments and he has a system record that can frame them for receiving multiple payments per claim when the assumption is they were diverted by the rest of the entity at his or their banks he has virtual control of .
ITS THAT BAD. AND IT ONLY TOOK 15 YEARS OF THE RESTRAINER OF LAW BEING REMOVED FROM THOSE IN CONTROL OF OUR DATA AND RECORDS AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC TREASURY TO PAY THEMSELVES IN HACKING SCHEMES.. as has been shared daily in a linked series of MEDICARE MELTDOWN SINCE 10/16 AND MUCH MORE NOW SINCE 12/08 when something similar occurred in just one internally in the Dallas and some in the Atlanta regions per the inside witness in the contractor and even then with cooperation of 1-800 Medicare filing reports on mine and many others records it took years to get it stopped by non renewal of the contract. yet the same parent company still holds more contracts than before and
THE HEAD IS NOW THE INFO GIVER TO ALL AND THEY HAVE TO OBEY HIS LAWS AND RULES AS THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT TO ENFORCE THE REAL ONES CONGRESSES PASSED OR THE AGENCY REGULATIONS EITHER
*all here in this blog ad why it was begun when the Medicare judges WERE DEFIED AND THE LEGAL SYSTEM FOUND OUT AS I DID THEY COULD NOT STOP IT BY ACT OF CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF 2002 AND ALL OF US WERE SHOCKED TO LEARN THERE WAS NO AUTHORITY OF THE GOVERNMENT TO SHUT IT DOWN AND WENT ON FOR ANOTHER 4 YEARS ..
NOW ITS SAID TO BE WORSE AND STILL CANNOT. AFTER 7 MONTHS AND THE RETRO IS BACK 5 YEARS .. the Daily Recaps and Violations of Civil rights pages 1-58 filings that documents all .. the struggle for life and livelihood, under no government able to uphold the laws of the land for this one citizen or any one, in a real holocaust that is hidden by the media run on gossip instead and who said what to whom..
YET NO HEARINGS CAN BE HELD TO MAKE GOOD AND BETTER LAWS. OF OVERSIGHT. AS THE GAG ORDER RULE WILL NOT LET OUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE REPRESENT US AND WE HAVE A NEW MEANING OF "TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION" AS ALL OF US PAY TAXES INDIRECTLY IF NOT DIRECTLY ... .
The cabal is laughing at us as the people turn on the members of Congress afraid to even hold town hall meeting and the horrific holocaust that has been created has led a few to turn to even violence and THAT DIVISION HAS PUT US MORE OVERTHROWN AND OCCUPIED THAN EVER..
Its time for us to realize we are all citizens of the same nation and each and every one is to have those precious constitutional ;rights we are to have under the US Constitutional and our monies are to be used for the constitutional mandate of "for the general welfare o the people and the security of the nation." Something every member of Congress promised to uphold when they took their oath of office
STEP ONE TO TAKE AMERICA BACK AND MAKE IT BETTER THAN EVER SO NO ONE IS LEFT OUT OF THEIR RIGHTS.. is to ungag CONGRESS SO YOU CAN DO THE JOBS WE ELECTED THEM TO DO . WE , THE PEOPLE KNOW ITS BAD ITS NOT TOP SECRET ANY MORE. WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO HELP FOR ALL OF US.
Even if we do not always agree on what laws we should have.. WE ALL NEED THE WHOLE TRUTH TO EVEN BEGIN TO KNOW WHAT IS BEST WAY FOR EACH AND ALL .. SO THAT NO ONE IS HARMED EVEN IF ITS NOT THE WAY THE MAJORITY THINKS IT SHOULD BE. If our monies continue to be stolen from us there is nothing to debate about as to how to spend the best way possible as we will not survive and someone at the top must have that as the end time agenda

I had dealing with his staff years ago when I tried for 2 years to stop 9/11/01... I do not get in involved in conspiracy theories of others involved or details of how 9/11/01 was done.. but was certain it was him and how I knew his obsession was real an observed by me at work where he worked in 7/88.AS AN HHS EMPLOYEE WHOSE OIG BLEW IT BACK THEN ..... For the most part these are our records of all kinds in all kinds of areas that the government is to protect then from harm and thieves ... 38 federal agency judges orders from multiple agencies are in there being withheld from being obeyed. and all the other awards etc. . is the most expose to prove an overthrow of he constitutional rights of each and all of us and the occupation and control of a nation that is not under what we are to have under eh US Constitution at all... We elect those to represent us and take car of our business for us and in the COUP OF 2002 THEY VOTED TO GIVE UP THEIR ELECTED DUTY TO US AND THE NATION.
Most did not even know the bill had been changed to do that. and few now know and most were not in office then to know as it became THE BIGGEST TOP SECRET IN THE USA. that puts the CIA BLACK OPS STUFF TO SHAME AS IT GETS MORE LEAKING TO THE MEDIA THAN THIS HAS.
Michael Horowitz of the Justice department was the one who told me is was the e- governing budget bill of 6000 pages where the COUP OF 2002 OCCURRED He would be able , better than I, to explain it and know what needs to be amended or changed to help end this over throw. but it seems simple to me.. Put back what was removed ... so THE REAL GOVERNMENT CAN DO THE JOB OF BEING THE GOVERNMENT AGAIN AND OVER SEE WHAT IS BEING DONE IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE SURE ITS LEGALLY DONE AND UPHOLDS THE CONSTITUTION AND CIVIL RIGHTS OF ALL.

On my own social security number , the Medicare hackers created the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders ) of A,M,T,TA and of the dozens of possible as a spouse I have the following on my husbands social security number: B,B2,B6,D,D4,6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6.
Most of the phone menus of the 1-800 Medicare call centers can verify the phony ones exist and claims paid on that number... but the agency can send you a TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER ON THAT NUMBER THAT PROVES THE BREACH OF SECURITY ON THIS OLD INSECURE SYSTEM THAT HAS NO CROSS CHECK WITH SOCIAL SECURITY AND BENEFIT CATEGORIES ONE LEGALLY HAS THERE.
Then its up to you what you do to try and stop this... and where we need guidance from our members of Congress in this.. as HHS fraud line contracted with a partner of the head. cannot legally spend any more to try and stop it.. until Congress acts. to do so .
This series of Letters to members of Congress trying to persuade those of both parties or none that full cooperation of all of us. is needed to end the robbing of the USA. then they can put together some form of health care so each and all can have the best possible for us and costs reduced by stopping the thefts and scams of shuffling data around that more up to date system could do .unhacked which melts down the system. and take care of all the other matters badly needing attention with real data and facts of what is going on .
For me an mine its a double hacking as one pay is illegal unless its a conditional payment and recovery back from FECA. and for others on my primary Blues policy back from them all under LYNN BLODGETT DIRECT CONTROL AS VIRTUALLY THE USA IS NOW. AS HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS SAY AND INDICATE AND OTHERS
most government phone numbers are answered by this cabal.. nice people hired and given bogus training of the rules and laws to pass on as 'GOSSIP AND RUMOR' LEADS THE NATION NOW.. not rules and laws nor justice and mercy .. you think you are dealing with a real government employee many times and are not at all ... just another illegal matter going on as they are to tell you their corporate name and are forbidden to do so . ITS TOP SECRET??? and ILLEGAL .

We have been given the brains to solve this better than our beasts of burden and if we do not use then as the social beings we are. then we may end up in no better shape or circumstance as those beasts of burden who used to do much of the work for us .and have been put on the path already to be just that )
