This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered mu Medicare records in complete meltdown and less secure than ever since the COUP of 2002. Those at the contractor said that Homeland security had been monitoring for foreign cyber attackers abut when they left. real hacking began .. by the contractor that owns the system ... to continue the ongoing thefts of Medicare that has gone on since the COUP of 2002..in collusion with the insurance industry and any other parties that do not wish to pay their legally obligated bills as the primary or only payer. .
THE MEDIA SPEAKS OF AN ELECTION BEING MESSED WITH..when the popular choice of the remaining candidates has ended up being elected.. I spoke to many all of the USA auditing my own records and I only had to mention some of the campaign buzz words of Trumps to get a favorable response..
He is our president to be and now we need to support his good efforts and give constructive criticism if he does not make the better decisions.. as we are all to do as citizens in a nation where the people are to be the ultimate rulers
IF THERE WAS SUCH CONCERN ABOUT CYBER SECURITY THEN WHY ISN'T THE GOVERNMENT BACK MONITORING ONE OF THE BIGGEST POOLS OF PUBLIC MONEY THAT IS NOW COMPLETELY VULNERABLE AND ABLE TO WRITE CHECKS OUT OF BY OUR OWN HOMEGROWN THIEVES. ??
ARE "WE THE PEOPLE" BEING SACRIFICED IN A FEUD WITH THE LEADERSHIP OF RUSSIA? Medicare is a program we all either pay into or are depending on for medical care. The medical community may not always say they like Medicare but they are more than glad to accept the payments...
But the extortion by the Medicare contractors who can not be internally audited, nor criminally investigated since the COUP OF 2002. HAS NOW LEFT ONE MAN AND ENTITY IN NEAR TOTAL CONTROL AND my daily audit of my own records well shows that the system is not secure and blatant thievery is going on with the rank and file in the call centers being mistrained to promote and cover up.. as they are not aware of even how what they are saying and passing on makes no legal sense.
So as Russian diplomats are expelled and this blog had been again blocked from being read by several thousand readers in Russia again, world peace is affected. And I am sharing no deep secrets that is not already known by those 'in the know' n this world. By the blocking of communication between the peoples of the world who have no desire for war and feuding..

LIFE AND LIVELIHOODS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE DIRECTLY BEING AFFECTED IN THIS. and so is the Russian people and I do not think they hate us or we them... and since the expelling a couple of days ago; the few thousand readers there of this blog are now not being able to do so.. again.. so that the people of the world who do not hate each can stop our leaders from getting us in to wars where no one wins and the world may be brought the end of all of us if we use the weapons that humanity now has access to . I am not sharing anything that is not well known at the top of this government . THEY DO KNOW, BUT ARE UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO ACT AND WHY ARE THEY PUTTING THIS NATION AND US AT SUCH TERRIBLE RISK?
There is no real concern that I can learn of about security of our most vulnerable cyber systems. at all. so the whole 'feud' seems unreal.. as the cyber insecurity of the Medicare system is the same entity that now has the contracts for our military weapons... so it seems much of the real concern should be from our own in house homegrown 'terrorists.' and congress needs to put back the internal audits and criminal oversight authority so that the USA CAN AGAIN BE PROTECTED FROM THOSE WHO WOULD DO US HARM WITHIN OUR OWN BORDERS.. as once we had before the COUP OF 2002 and no government can continue to exist if the few among us that would sell us out and steal and cause loss of life and livelihoods is allowed to continue their illegal and evil deeds.
Christians have a promise of a time when all evil will be bound up..
BUT IT HAS NOT YET ARRIVED. and until we do it is up to the people and out governments of this world to protect our nations and each and every one in them form real evil being done to us... Its why we have legal systems in place, and in the USA did have before the COUP of 2002 when in the middle of the night someone when in to huge e governing bills and took out the authority of the real governed to protect the people and nation and massive amounts of thee public treasury from its own contracted out government entities that has 'pushed out any fair and free market competition for contracts" .. NO ONE CAN DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT NOR ARREST ANY THIEF IF THEY ARE A CONTRACTORS. and the entire government at all levels from local to federal began to be contracted out.
DOD KEPT THEIR RIGHTS TO OVERSEE INTAKE,. AND Sen Sanders got it in the new VA bill, but its not been utilized well after a few isolated arrests.. AND DOD IS OVERWHELMED WITH THE SMALL AMOUNTS THEY HAVE to spend when THERE IS WAR PROFITEERING GOING ON FOR YEARS., that did not seem to affect the direct care and monies being disappeared over there.
The Medicare call center contractors( several different ones exist and some are for the medical profession to call for help) are on the front line of a real cyber war as they can see the screens and witness the meltdown if they can be convinced to get the printouts and compare what is going on in total.. They are being kept isolated from each other and not even being allowed to get a print out and send them direct to the systems people at CMS or any one in the real government that is to make sure we are secure in our system .. HOMELAND SECURITY LEFT IN 10/6/16 and the immediate illegal hacking by the owners started up again.. and he call centers were lied to and told 'WE UPDATED THE SYSTEM AND ITS ALL RIGHT TO BILL MEDICARE AGAIN".. they did not include the word STEAL DID THEY? ? : all right to steal as its not and the medical community is not immune and neither are the patients as we are the real victims in this. and its the patients lives being put at risk if the bills are not paid.
SO IF USA WAS REALLY WORRIED ABOUT RUSSIA OR ANY OTHER FOREIGN NATION WHY DID THEY STOP MONITORING THE MOST VULNERABLE SYSTEM IN THE USA WITH ACCESS TO THE BIGGEST POOL OF MONEY TO LOOT AND MELTDOWN BY JUST SENDING THEMSELVES AN UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF PAYMENT? THE ENTIRE MEDICAL SERVICES OF THE NATION. AT RISK FOR IF BILLS CANNOT BE PAID TO KEEP IT FUNCTIONING WHAT IS MORE HUMAN MISERY THAN NO MEDICAL CARE IF AT WAR OR NOT? That is war on the American people!?
No one is to know that the system is in meltdown? In the entire real government? WE ARE GOING TO WAR WITH RUSSIA AND NONE IN THE USA IS ALLOWED TO EVEN DOCUMENT THE MELTDOWN OF OUR INTERNAL SYSTEM AND THEFTS, WHOMEVER IS STEALING AND HACKING AND WHY?.
SEEMS THE CONCERN ABOUT RUSSIA ATTACKING THE USA IS WHAT? cover up to allow the international cabal to loot the USA and cause an even worse loss of life and health care system ?
I am not saying we are not to be concerned about other nations attacking us with weapons or in cyber attack.. but we seem to have little concern about the basic things that affect all of us in some way... that would and already has caused mass suffering if it collapses more than it has into total collapse. The efforts this Summer did work. and would have stopped it all the illegal acts if the call center people and CMS officials knew how the medical community could get paid with paper filings. etc. since the system is rigged to steal and not uphold the integrity of the Medicare trust fund and do the conditional payments to get it the primary payers who haw been allowed to not pay their bills continue to get our of doing so . with illegal deals with the contracted out owners in NY.?
THE SEC OF HHS HAS THE EMERGENCY AUTHORITY TO ALLOW PAPER CLAIMS TO BE DONE AND THAT WOULD HAVE ENDED ANY ONGOING THEFTS AND EXPOSE THE BAD CONTRACTORS WHO COULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM COMMITTING ANY MORE HARM TO THE PEOPLE..AND THAT INCLUDES THE OVERPAYMENT LIABILITY TO THE PATIENTS AND THEIR HEIRS AS WELL AS FINES AND PENALTIES AGAINST OUR GOOD MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS BEING TALKED OUT OF FILING THOSE PAPER CONDITIONAL PAYMENTS AS THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED NOT TO TAKE THEM ELECTRONICALLY TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO GET PAID THAT WAY.. THE TAXPAYERS PAID FOR A SYSTEM BEFORE 1/1/06 TO MAKE IT VERY EASY. AND NOW ITS WORSE THAN EVER.
Plus being able to go off line and giving them real garbage of who the primary payers are when they have paid billions to this cabal for what should be free and one was?? They would then see the hacked mess and know that the info is not reliable and they would be asking for a new contractor?
This concern about Russia, seems to be false concern when real cyber warfare is going on right now from inside the real government and its contractors. and neither Congress nor the president acts to stop it. ARE WE GOING TO WAR TO COVER UP THE TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS ALREADY AND STILL BEING STOLEN BY THOSE FROM IN OUR OWN UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTED OUT BAD ACTORS? that have no discernible connection to Russia or any other nation we now are calling our enemies? and a few months ago called our business partners and friendly nations,
I this is about politics., then clean up the rigged systems that exist inside the USA. the Republicans conducted a more fair and open election with many choices of candidates. .. even if there were some shenanigans bout voter registration...which needs to be ended..
BUT IS ANY ONE DID NOT THINK THAT THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY REALLY FAVORED SENATOR BERNIE SANDERS AS THEIR POPULAR CHOICE. AND MAY HAVE BEEN ELECTED. INSTEAD OF DONALD TRUMP, THEY MUST HAVE BEEN ON A TRIP TO ANOTHER PLANET?. They need to get rid of the old time political machines which controlled the outcome before it started by use of the super delegates. Beyond ones congressional elected leaders being delegates without a vote. then that is an old time machines and does not work well in the modern system where the people are to be the rulers..

MORE DID VOTE THIS TIME.. and I was glad to see it even if we did not always vote for the same persons or the same on issues. BUT WE ARE STILL FAR SHORT OF 95% PARTICIPATION AND WHEN THAT OCCURS AND DOES II EVERY ELECTION NOT JUST FOR PRESIDENT THEN WE WILL HAVE A NATION THAT IS RULED BY THE PEOPLE. maybe lowering the vote to age 16 may be the answer so that those in school could study the election and also participate in it. But what is the excuse for the 30% who did not participate. For those who do not participate by reason of conscience, may you pray for he rest of us to make the better choices. but that leave leaves 1/4 and most of those do not even bother for local elections where our lives are directly impacted by this cabal more than one realizes. I just sent in my form to have all the ballots mailed to me for the next year. A few hours a year looking up and asking some questions about the candidates and issues is not too much to ask of each citizen to help rule the nation. 95% voting is more powerful than any amount of PAC money or campaign donations. when reelection time comes. and we decide if each one should be rehired or say 'you're fired."
If one California major city can turn out in numbers to sway the popular vote then why did not the rest of the USA? The US Constitution has an electoral college of so many votes per states so that 'the least among us is not overridden and rights usurped by the masses of a few isolated cities " Its also the principle behind our CIVIL RIGHTS law. so think twice before tuning on that institution that was put in our governing document.. I do think there is something wrong and 'perjurous' of one being a delegate and signing they will vote for a candidate and then not doing so.
DO we have Russian agents now holding government contracts? or are they our own home grown organized criminal enterprises?? CONGRESS SAID IN THE COUP OF 2002 WE CANNOT FIND OUT!

phone verification system has never changed. It indicates the FECA is on their but that Blues illegally flipped to secondary if on there at all. when I called back later to speak to them.. THEY STILL HAVE NOTHING IN THE SYSTEM BUT Medicare both primaries deleted off the screen they are allowed to share with me.. THEY ARE BEING COERCED? INTO COVERING UP THE HACKING CRIMES OF THEIR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS. . and its was a horrendous phone call to make.. ITS THEIR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AT THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC IN NY THAT OWNS THE SYSTEM AND ALL THE DATA AND WHY THEY HAVE SO LITTLE INFO IN THEIR CALL CENTER IS SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ..in itself . as they do not trust their own employees from blowing the whistle on their own employer?? They fully admitted who was altering the info .. until this exposure began to be read more widely .. and the medical community is having issues on others records too.
BCRC are the hackers and their call center people are beginning to realize its illegal and in violation of their CMS contract to alter what ones employer posts bi weekly and three Medicare judges have ruled that the post is accurate and it is.. the FECA LAW.. SO STOP THE HACKING THAT YOU DID NOT DO WHEN HOMELAND SECURITY WAS MONITORING IT THIS SUMMER.. why? they know it was illegal and the real government would do the one think congress still allows an agency to do.. cancel or not renew a contract but hard to do with out real proof..of wrong doing and with out internal audits allowed nearly impossible to stop the looting of Medicare hat has been ongoing for 15 years now.. but worse than ever in recent times.
THE EVIDENCE IS BEING SEEN DAILY AT THE CALL CENTERS AT MEDICARE IF HEY WOULD JUST GET PRINT OUTS OR PICTURES OF SCREENS AND SEND THEM TO THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND THEN REVIEW THE ENTIRE MELTDOWN PICTURE. all of their contracts requires them to share this with CMS and they are being told not to at all the various centers with various contract owners? WHY?

Was a more pleasant experience to day.. except at the end when I begged them to get the hacked in mess they were seeing to CMS .. to know we are losing the Medicare system and the insecurity and going off line to pay checks without even a valid number now.. indicates we may be losing the entire trust fund. JUST PAY THEM SELVES AS IF NOT BEING CROSS CHECKED AS THE TRIAL RUN OCCURRED SEVERAL YEARS AGO ALREADY.??. AND THIS IS LESS SECURE THAN THEN

Every few days. there is a double post from the cyber cloud. FECA WAS POSTED TWICE..is how it occurs as if there is two cases. ONCE AS AN OPEN CASE WITH THE BENEFITS BUT ALSO ANOTHER POST SAYING IT TERMINATED ON THE DATE THAT LYNN BLODGETT HAS SPEWED OUT TO ALL VERBALLY TO AGENCY heads and regional FECA office head. and to BCRC as he is the info fiver to them and as well as to OPM contractors of his.. etc. a few years ago saying that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and no one asked for papers and all of them would have had to sign off on this and none did.. and other matters paid like a back sum of annual leave that would be due when a permanent disability is done at FECA.. as that paper work was ready to be completed when it occurred. as it was all ready to be done when HE TOOK TOTAL CONTROL OF THE DATA AND RECORDS AT FECA.AND MOST OF THE REST OF THE GOVERNMENT EVEN NOW AT SSA. OUR RECORDS UNDER HIS CABAL 'S CONTROL NO ONE QUESTIONS THAT THE LAWS ARE NOT BEING FOLLOWED
This occurred . when he was ordered by the US Department OF LABOR JUDGES TO GET MY FILE POSTED AND BACK LOGS PROCESSED, PAID, ETC. AND ASK ME FOR THE facts and use my records to reconstruct my file as there is a lot of back log, some items go back to 1989 still legally pending and legally alive to be processed for the first time.
NONE KNOWS Much of ANYTHING BUT GOSSIP AND RUMORS. .AS THEY AFFIRMED BY Federal WORKERS COMP BENEFITS. ETC. HE NEVER LET THEM HAVE THOSE ORDERS, AT ALL. AND ABOUT THE SAME TIME THE APPELLATE JUDGES AT MEDICARE SAID THAT THE POST FROM THE US DEPT OF LABOR PERSONNEL OFFICE BI WEEKLY TO THE MEDIAR SYSTEM IS ACCURATE AND HIS MANAGERS AT BLUES AND THE SAME RUMOR IS THEN GIVEN TO REAL CMS OFFICIAL VERBALLY WHO THEN PASSES ON THE RUMOR AND GOSSIP AS OFFICIAL AS ITS FROM THEM. AND HIS BLUES MANAGERS KEPT ON CALLING IN THE FICTITIOUS RETIREMENT DATES various ones not just one .. HE AS INFO GIVER TO OPM CONTRACTORS GIVE THEM TO GIVE TO HIS BLUES MANAGERS AND THEY CALLED IT IN TO BCRC AND THEY HACKED THE SYSTEM AND BROKE THEIR CMS CONTRACTS ILLEGALLY ALTERING THE OFFICIAL INFO THAT IS FACT AND NOT GOSSIP AND RUMOR. but Congress gets the rumor and gossip in the contractors reports and they pass laws that turn out horrendous disasters based on this rumor and gossip as they will not allow themselves to verify anything either. a .

My federal Blues is shown as the posting of 8/1/2004 when it was flipped to secondary was created on 8/29/2006.. But the witnesses in various places in the USA on 12/20/16 saw both Fed Blues and FECA on there as the primary payers before corporate at BCRC hacked the official post from the US DOL and then several saw the hack and deleting from the screen of the FECA and blues flipped to secondary WHY DOESN'T BCRC OWN CALL CENTERS HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THIS INFO ?? . This is highly suspicious as they should be the very ones to have all the info and not 1-800 Medicare. . I DID NOT TO THIS DAY RECEIVE ANY LETTERS TO INFORM ME THAT SUCH MAJOR CHANGES IN MY EMPLOYEE BENEFITS HAD BEEN CHANGED last week or the two weeks before no at any time the system is hacked.. and hack dates are not recorded are they ?? All he more reason that those who seem the screens get the print out or pictures and their management should be helping on this as its in all of their contract to report.. to uphold the integrity of the system and each patients rights to not have our records messed with .. .
.. AND THAT breaks ALL KINDS OF LAWS AND MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF DUE PROCESS. IN THE MATTER. That is why they are not to alter the post from an employer.. What they are to do is send me a letter showing the post and saying if I dispute it whom to go to at US DOL.. Its very accurate! ITS THE LAW OF THE LAND THAT ALL CONTRACTORS OF THE US GOVERNMENT SIGN THEY WILL UPHOLD AND NOT CONTINUALLY BREAK SINCE The COUP OF 2002.

Is Lynn Blodgett a Russian agent? or any of his cohorts and partners Not that I am aware of? I name him as he has been named by high level officials as the only source of info they have on what is really going on .. and his VERBAL WORD IS THE GOSPEL THEY FOLLOW WITHOUT QUESTION AND USE THE UNVERIFIED INFO AS THE NATION IS ROBBED AND THE PEOPLE SUFFER.
He is not my 'god' and neither his now self declared 'boss', George Soros is not mine either. Its past time for congress to allow the good people inside the real government to do their jobs and serve the people .. and if there are a few illegal bad apples among them , they need to be given over to the legal system to deal with.
I worship the one of love and life and says we are all precious in HIS eyes...Christ is my Savior and He must be weeping for the free will we were created with being ignored to stop the evil that is nearly overwhelmed us more and more daily...
