SEE LINKS to a series of Daily Recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal government Medicare files in complete meltdown worse than just the bi weekly hacking that has been going on for years to obstruct medical care and cause heirs to inherit over payments and no government allowed to stop massive thefts of Medicare by the primary payers in the USA who have been facilitated to get out of payment or paying back what is their legal obligations for patients who have a Medicare card but Medicare is not the primary payer. it due to the COUP of 2002 that track the on going melt down of another expensive government system due to the crooks being exposed..by the cyber cloud. THAT KNOWS ALL THE ILLEGAL HACKS OVER THE YEARS OF FEEDING IN FALSE RETIREMENT DATES AND NOW ITS TRYING TO CORRECT ITSELF ALL THE TIME AND VARIES FROM ONE SYSTEM TO ANOTHER AND DIFFERS ALL OVER THE NATION.
My employer posts and everyone is to get the same exact info ,, otherwise how can a doctor know what kind of treatment plan to provider and which is to pay the bills? and insiders say its massive and the RECOVERY CONTRACTOR DOES NOT EVEN GET THE CLAIMS TO RECOVER FOR MOST ANYMORE AS THE SYSTEMS ARE NOT DESIGNED AS TAX PAYER AS LAW PAID FOR TO FACILITATE THE MASSIVE COVER UP OF WHAT THE CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LAW OF 1980 EVEN IS..
THE BASIC UNDERPINNING LAW THEY ARE PAID TO UPHOLD THERE AND DO LITTLE OF IT. AS MOST CLAIMS NEVER GET THERE.
I AM GETTING SEVERE RETALIATIONS AS ALL OF THE VARIOUS CONTRACTOR CALL CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND EVEN CMS OFFICES THEMSELVES HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO KNOW THE LAW, AND PROCEDURES FOR YEARS AND WHY SOME SAY TRILLIONS OF MEDICARE CARE DOLLARS HAVE BEEN STOLEN BY INTENTIONALLY MISINFORMING BILLING SERVICES WHO HAVE HAD NO IDEA HOW TO BILL MEDICARE LEGALLY AND SO THAT NEITHER MEDICAL SUPPIERS,PHARMACISTS PROVIDERS NOR PATIENTS IS AT ANY LEGAL RISK. and every one is now.
But the three Medicare judges have orders the process followed and ruled that my employer post is accurate that Medicare is not primary as they got the internal documents from my employer to base that ruling on .. a ruling that all should be able to read... its not A CIA BLACK OPS IS IT? to steal from Medicare??
Judges and contract terms are ignored and so it this patient who has been on the inside doing criminal investigations for Medicare at one time and sighing orders against primary insurers that went to the US Attorney for collection..
Since 1994 Sec of HHS Donna Shalala has not allowed any collection action,, only a recovery will you pay and left it up to the patients to do a civil suit to initiate.. which means the recovery unit has to do its job for the government to join in that . with the patient and she is now over at the Clinton FOUNDATION with links to a lot of he bad ACTORS IN ALL OF THIS. murky swamp that needs to be drained ...
no one wants the patients to be involved , yet the patient is now the center of recovery with the government and contractors and we are most at risk in the matter. FIRST OUR LIVES AT RISK GETTING MEDICAL TREATMENT AND THEN TO BE WORKING WITH THE GOVERNMENT FOR RECOVERY AND ONE IS GOING TO GET AN ATTORNEY UNTIL THE RECOVERY UNIT FINISHES ITS JOB AND SENDS OUT THE DUE PROCESS LETTERS AND GETS SIGNED RESPONSES FROM ALL THE PARTIES AND THAT INCLUDES THE PATIENT. .who is at the most risk of all. by life and heirs that inherit the overpayment as no one s processing a wavier request now.. as SSA agreed to do so and they go to Lynn Blodgett in Dallas? he must have all my files in his office and buried in my paper?? and that includes over 1t5 years of oxygen claims he will not input to the FECA system as they would be paid and the gig would be up his manager said and his order is to LET HER DIE of me.. but you buried in my paper is not good either. Maybe its time to swim to the surface of the swamp and be saved of the sins of whomever is your master/MISTRESS? and be FREE TO HAVE AN ETERNAL LIFE. of good paths followed? Was told he has had them shredded in the past.. I DO NOT KNOW IF I EVEN KNOW HIM??
IN my case, it going to result in exposure of their intent to defraud the government and loss of the recovery contract.. unless they change and start recovering trillions of dollars. as instead of being the 'watchdog' to make insurers behave and pay their bills and that includes all kinds liability insurers, like auto, workers comp , etc. that are approved for payment already and laws vary from state to state and FEDERAL WORKERS COMP LAW IS THE OVERRIDING ONE ON ME.. SINCE 1/10/89.
Even new injury cases not yet approved for pay means the recovery contractor is to keep track of bills that may be approved for payment by another in the future and letters sent out to uphold the 4th amendment of the US Constitution that has been trashed into shreds by what is going on .
In my case and told true on many others, my own employer group health plans Blues is not paying primary for self and those on my policy either as their management company of this cabal are the ones calling in the fake retirement dates and even lied and said my plan had terminated and all those dates are up in the new cyber cloud and all trying to post and repost but the FECA is in there very secure so they went in and deleted off the screen info so that the doctor, etc. do not get that info and since oxygen has to go to FECA when liquid oxygen is approved for life as nine was 23 years ago and this is not being written by a ghost..
The system will reject for primary payer and no one is allowed to know who that is to get paid no oxygen supplier in the nation is able to know what the claims will not go through when they have no way of seeing the info . ,but still pay 1/2 of small co pays ( the missing 200 million must be used for the rest/) after they collude to get Medicare to pay first for my self and those on that policy who have Medicare cards.
No one understands that there is no real government to make them behave anymore as for years I have been asked to straighten them our to get medial care and lost a few doctors, etc. who got mad at me as if I DID IT ALL.so they could not get any pay.
All it did is go to work one day on 1/10/89 and a toxic cloud enveloped me as I was going my job. since Congress defunded the real government's ability to do so and most in the real government have no idea what is even going on as there is no budget allowed to be spent for internal audits so . WE HAVE LAWS BEING REWRITE TO WHAT THE CONTRACTS WISH IT TO BE THAT HAVE BECOME ONE GIANT CABAL OF THE SAME ENTITY SINCE THE SEC WAS DEFUNDED ALSO TO HELP PREVENT CONTRACTS GOING TO THE SAME ENTITY THAT FORM HORRIFIC CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. WITH LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS IN THE BALANCE..
The patients and our good medial sources are the ones being crushed under this cabal that has resulted in out right extortion ... ONES DOCTOR DOES NOT EVEN GET PAID THE MEDICARE RATE ANY MORE WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN REDUCED TO MAKE UP FOR THE TRILLIONS BEING STOLEN DAILY... and
this cabal slanders me as if I am the cause of the issues, when they are the ones stealing the taxpayers money to be used to pay our bills in a fair amount and not allow every other entity to dip into that fund also that is to be paying bills themselves.

IN THE PRESS RELEASES ALL CAN SIGN UP TO GET FROM MEDICARE ENTITIES WAS AN E MAIL TO CONTACT THE ONES DOING THE SYSTEMS UPDATES AND I WROTE TO THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT THEIR GOOD WORK WAS BEING DECIMATED BY HACKING AND MELTING DOWN AND TO MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO COMPLY WITH THE LAWS. AS HAS NOT BEEN DONE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND MY SOURCE ON THIS IS THE TOP PERSONS AT MEDICARE OVER THIS WHO HAS NO WAY TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON ANYMORE since the COUP OF 2002,
If individual patients do not audit their own records as I have been doing then there is no way we are not going to be robbed up another billion or more on a system that does not work ... do to the international robbery which relies on the illegal hacking of the system.. THE COORDINATION AND RECOVERY CONTRACTORS IS NOT TO EVER ALTER WHAT ONES EMPLOYER POSTS.. If they think ones employer is paying bills they are not to pay , them turn them over to the justice department ... but I already have Medicare judges saying they are legally accurate. HAVE NEVER KNOWN ONE WHOSE EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN OR WORKERS COMP ENTITY PAID First when they did have to legally ..
I began called daily and sometimes more than once daily and at first no one knew what a conditional payment is that is directly involved all over in making sure that basic laws is obeyed to preserve the integrity of Medicare up against the whole insurance industry abusing the liberal law that allows it to pay when they do not, but must go after return of the monies due it. As its far reaching and powerful law that makes LL BEHAVE AND STOPS WHAT WE USED TO CALL 'illegally dumping onto Medicare. which has a very liberal law to go ahead and pay when primary payers play games but MUST LABEL THE CLAIMS AS CONDITIONAL AND GET IT TO RECOVERY FOR ALL KINDS OF DUE PROCESS LETTERS TO GO OUR ETC. and then take needed action ,, which is going to result in loss of that rat recovery as its going to expose what has been going on . and
CONGRESS WILL FIND OUT.. AS NOW THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AND NEITHER DO THOSE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT WHO Have been mislead and lied to and seem not to be able to read their own agencies' laws anymore. to know A REAL DISCONNECT. We can online as its public info .. but TOP SECRET TO THEM??

1-800 Medicare did not answer. and went to a recording and are they in and phone lines blocked, or not? for years they have been and why the best I can do is appeal every claims and the mistraining went full-blown with no one like me pointing our the laws they can go read for themselves. to do their job legally accurate.
or years they have not answered the phone 24/7 and may have begun again just for the open enrollment periods as most insurers are now having when one can change their polices or sign up .
No new claims seem to have been paid.. so will keep trying to find out.. etc. I HAVE BECOME A NON PERSON AS NOW WHEN I CALL ALL SEEM TO KNOW WHAT A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT IS AND CAN HELP THE PATIENTS AND PROVIDERS NOT GET OVERPAID AND IN LEGAL TROUBLE
And that is not good for those who have been able to hide the laws and steal our pubic monies from the taxpayers for way too long with life and death consequences and liens on property that heirs inherit even if its never known of. and even the Recovery contractor of Emblem Health international formerly Group health Inc of New York who got this total control in 1999 by contract from Sec of HHS Donna Shalala head of the Clinton Foundation that has led to the international cabal with Lynn Blodgett now in dictatorial power over the USA in most areas, and not just health care means our elected officials are not in control and have no idea what is even going on basing laws on unverifiable facts and data
The contractors only wants the providers and ones attorney to call them as if every Medicare patient has to get an attorney to not get overpaid when the recovery unit is to not be causing overpayment in the first place.?? Even the training info they write is misleading and illegal.. they know we are the ones with our very lives at risk and few have money for corporate attorneys to fight organized crime rings in ricco case. as that is why we have a justice department who has been stripped of its ability by the COUP OF 2002 BY CONGRESS. WITH FEW KNOWING THEY EVEN VOTED FOR THIS AND FEW KNOWING IT NOW.. AS THEY THINK THEY ARE RUNNING THINGS.. AND HAVE NOT BEEN SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. AS LAWS DO NOT HAVE TO BE OBEYED EITHER IF THEY DO NOT WISH TO DO SO .
THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION IS SO MASSIVE AT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES THAT IS OVER OUR HEALTH CARE AND EVERY ONES IS NOW UNDER THEM NOW, EVEN IF ONES DOES NOT HAVE A GOVERNMENT HEALTH PLAN... EVEN VA MEDICAL PAYMENTS ARE PAID BY CMS CONTRACTORS ------- SO MASSIVE A SWAMP OF CORRUPTION THAT NO ONE WANTS THE JOB IN THE PRESIDENT TRUMP ADMINISTRATION.. to begin to know where to begin 'draining.'
Read this blog since 12/08 as its the reason it was started.. MANY CLUES ARE THERE TO FOLLOW.. and it pretty well shows many crimes going on and the weaknesses created ..that undermines good health for all of humanity. BUT IF CONGRESS WILL NOT ALLOW THE FUNDING TO BE SPENT TO DRAIN THE SWAMP THAN THE NEW SEC OF HHS MAY HAVE TO JOIN PRESIDENT TRUMP ON TWITTER AND GET THE MESSAGE OUT FOR US TO PETITION OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS THAT WE DO NOT WISH TO BE ROBBED ANY MORE. THAT WE WISH THE MONIES USED OR THOSE WHO ARE TO GET THE BENEFITS AND NOT OTHERS THAT HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHT TO THE PUBLIC TREASURY .. OT DIP INTO FOR THEIR OWN PROFITS...
I am in favor of any leader using the online media to gain popular support to petition our elected members of Congress to wake up and act in our interest.. maybe passing the exact proposal or finding an even better one... . AFTER ALL WE HAVE TO DECIDE IN 2 YEARS WHO IS TO BE FIRED BY US. and who we support for reelection.
This is not a FREE AND FAIR MARKET SYSTEM WHEN SOME CAN STEAL FROM THE PUBLIC TREASURY TO UNFAIRLY COMPLETE IN LOW BIDS OR JOBS. ETC.

We have allowed our laws to become opposite of ones that are the empowering ones we once had but voted out of existence by greed of others undue independence who had other agendas then FREEDOM AND JUSTICE FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE . The evil one is a sneak and our lawmakers need to be wary of the consequences of laws passed like the one that allowed the COUP of 2002 and end that now... AMEN!
