With the SEC also defunded we were left with no one to help agencies avoid giving contracts to the same entity under a different corporate name and with illegal secret deal partnerships which has now nearly the entire nation under an international cabal of interlocked one entity system that is subject to now laws o the land..
All of health care is under it and so few real employees are left in HHS that they have closed all regional offices and have just personnel office in DC now.

I AM NOW TRACKING THE ONGOING ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THE OWNER OF THE COMMON WORKING FILE BILLING SYSTEM FOR MEDICARE ... AND ITS GOTTEN WORSE AND WORSE THAN EVER BEFORE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002..
Earlier in the day I had called and the phone verification system was done.. and CMS reported an outage... no wonder ..... too much conflict info and Medicare cross checks with lots of info and systems out there and its not going to work as long as this illegal activity keeps messing with the system. that is now secure as its suppose to be.. and now even meeting the specs the taxpayer paid for..
Who builds a building and never checks on the work product??? CONGRESS SAID NOT TO!! IN THE COUP OF 2002.
I have talked to some very nice people who work there and one center is being really cheated of not only salary but also access to even the records to do their job.... for all patients and medical providers and suppliers who have a Medicare card.... and when that money is illegally paid out,,, all get harmed as that is the tax money all pay as part of the FICA tax... Its the poor person;'s tax... they cannot get our of by being poor.
One can go to the top of this blog and read more of what some insiders who seem to know say is trillions of dollars stolen from Medicare by insurers and health plan's, etc. having deals to get out of paying as the primary payers on claims... and on going illegal software system are run since 4/09 to going and illegally alter info soon after ones employer makes the bi weekly positing. before that each claim to be paid was a fax set to alter the info ...
The new system is worse than the prior one so far... It seems to work and block payment of Medicare when its not primary until its hacked from inside and then the whole system seems to 'melt down'... and its more insecure in other ways....
In the Daily Recap Added 10/28/16;I gave the process a medical providers or supplier has to go through to get payment from Medicare as a conditional payment when the primary payers will not pay and the new system unhacked had doctors going in circles trying to get paid and no one even in the real government office new how to process a claims by Medicare and then get it over to the recovery contract to send out all the recover letters and go get back this 3 trillion? dollars and more being paid illegally every day yet.
There are three call centers that one can call and verify what is being shown for their health insurance in relationship to Medicare ... One is in new York and the other in Columbus Ohio... These two have been there for years and its in these two , as the Coordination and recovery contractor of CMS a subsidiary of EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL formerly Group Health Inc... who got the first contract and ownership in 1999. in these two that they can still go in and change and alter info... even when its forbidden by contract as the posted info come direct from ones employer... IN my case from the US Department of Labor own in house system and not from a contractor and thus a real secure federal official data. a felony to alter this... but Congress said the cannot be prosecuted in the Coup of 2002
as Medicare is stolen if Medicare pays the claim and not coded for recovery... Those who are paid have a vested interest in the claims being paid as conditional payment as when done so ,, patient and Doctor, etc. are not at any legal risk.. Its up to the US Government if they wish to go get the taxpayers money back for us.. and they have not done son since 1994 when Sec Of HHS Donna Shalala who now is affiliated with the Clinton Foundation according to linked articles to this blog said that the health insurers could police themselves., but that ones employer would be the one to determine employed status and which plan pays first. Mine is accurate and three medicare judges agreed who got the real info form the US Dept of Labor.. One cannot retire when they go out on workers comp until workers comp puts the on permanent disability and mine was already pending to be approved when Lynn Blodgett took total control in the COUP of 2002 and several judges have pointed out these maters unprocessed in file... the last time in 2/09 when they ordered me to be asked for the facts as gossip and rumor had rum amok and no one knew what was going on and to reconstruct my file from my records.. and Lynn Blodgett became known to me as he went from agency to agency and lied and said I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and no such things ever occurred. It takes 4 to sign off on that and the US Depart of labor real officials have not done so , and neither have I nor my attorney and neither has my employer.. WHY IS HE LYING?
With all the money spent on system, since 1/06 there is no field on the system to click and make it a conditional payment and the recovery center get it to get the money back....
NEW CALL CENTER FOR THE WESTERN third of the nation is answered in OK later n the day .. and its in New Mexico... Nice people there . and its a sub contract of Emblem Health and they are not getting the $10 an hour that is now the laws for all government contractors to be receiving as a minimum pay... They are getting the minimum wage instead... of $7.25.... By subcontracting the workers are getting cheated our of a fair payment for the ob hired to do... Being privy to a lot of confidential info on people and helping those with Medicare cards and others trying to get bills paid ..
I do not know the name of the company as they are forbidden to tell us even though I am giving them lots of private info like ssn's etc. They do the same work as the other two call centers and just more SWAMP OF CORRUPTION THAT GOES NATIONWIDE IN THE NON REAL GOVERNMENT NOW... THAT HAS SPEWED OUR FROM WASHINGTON DC.
Even worse is they do not have access to the real common working file system,,, which has always had my federal workers comp info on it... and still does in the other call centers.. THIS IS THE SOURCE OF THE FALSE INFORMATION THAT I HAVE HAD A TERMINATION OF MY FEDERAL BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD BACK ON 2/28/10....
I STILL HAVE IT AND THE PREMIUMS ARE GOING UP NEXT YEAR... FOR THE EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN WHICH IS A FAMILY POLICY... Thanks to the taxpayers who will be paying over $1500 a month for 3/4ths of the premium.. for my family and I to have it and you are not getting your monies worth at all, instead you are getting a swamp of corruption getting deeper and deeper .
LAST WEDNESDAY THE SYSTEM WAS ACCURATE.. AND LAST FRI A GENTLE MAN IN THAT NM put the current info down, but THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO CHANGE INFO FOR ME TO JUST PUT BACK WHAT MY EMPLOYER POSTED.. not even to add my Blues back in for myself and the others with Medicare cards on my policy.as we get overpaid even after ones estate is probated and heirs then inherit the debt to the monies stolen and I cannot stop it....
Their system does not even tell them that an employer is posting as the other two centers get.. And thy have no access to know info re Part D prescription drug Medicare which last week showed I had it and Federal workers comp was primary but the wrong date of injury,. instead of the 110/89 it showed my date of entitlement to Part A Medicare.... THIS IS THE TRICK THAT IS NOT WHAT THE TAXPAYERS PAID FOR AND MANY MEMOS FROM CMS ARE IGNORED OT USE THE REAL DATA... AS WORKERS COMP , LIABILITY CASES, AND AUTO ACCIDENTS GET MISSED. A manager in one claims paying center at Celerian Group even was trained that after one has Medicare for 6 months ones workers comp no longer paid the bills, but Medicare did.... ONE CANNOT BELIEVE THE WRONG INFO BEING SPEWED AROUND AND EVERY ONE WHO SEEMS INTELLIGENT BELIEVING ANYTHING THEY ARE TOLD.. by Lynn Blodgett's people... they never get any press releases or training packages from CMS the real government who does give out correct info ... when they do know it... I get those and so could they... guess its too hard to work in corruption and know it is corrupt..
AND GET PAID BY MEDICARE AND NEVER ARE ASKED TO REPAY THE MONEY....
I have no idea where they are getting their info ,, but I am suspecting one of the clearing houses where Lynn Blodgett is the info giver and changes info.. That clearing house does not show the workers comp which is permanent and 100% full coverage due to life time approval for liquid home oxygen 23 years ago... Lynn Blodgett the ruler of the USA and few know it, even in Congress who thinks they are still in charge and have not been since the COUP of 2002 and could be with a simple resolution vote to take a percentage of current budget and use if for those crucial internal audits of all government contractors and criminal investigations when illegal activity is found...
I told the nice man I spoke to in NM that it was illegal for him not to tell me his corporate name. as this s federal monies being spent ... he really did not know this... And this is what I have been doing since 2002, the criminal investigation, with out a badge but using the training and knowledge from when I did do them years ago.. as part of my job at the time... that the real government is not allowed to do by act of Congress and they do not wish to know the truth and try to over turn Obamacare (Hillarycare she says its her plan.. and replace it and let the same bunch run that one in to the ground also..... GOT TO 'DRAIN THE SWAMP' BEFORE YOU BUILD A NEW HOUSE ON THE LAND.. Congress.. wake up... pass the resolution now and begin draining the awful corruption that has festered for way too long.... so that whomever is president next year has part of the real work for a better nation on the way for each and very one of us. DAMAGES.. done thousands stolen
since a supervisor in the east coast call canter hacked the system and altered what my employer posted and they have now gone back to doing it after the last posting last week .. over 10 thousand and maybe more in bills are getting paid illegally to medical providers suppliers and pharmacies over this one incident of hacking and all of the EOB and summary notices have yet to arrive.. That one supervisor should be asked to pay the bills who knowingly hacked when my employer had posted and it was clearly marked it was an employer post.
My call today to the coordination contractor came after I got a bill from Quest Diagnostics lab for blood work done on 8/1/16 and they are yet to be paid as they will not listen to me.. and follow the info in the Daily recap added of 10/28/16 I called as Blues did not pay and they did not even have my Medicare info nor Workers comp which they have to at least call and document and get a reference number to protect themselves. They kept hanging up on me and would not let me tell then .... they just wanted to bill Medicare and I know they had my insurance info when I was there..
Avality again??.. that all the preferred provides for Blues seem to be using now?? Another Lynn Blodgett controlled company ???
Finally after an exhausting and chest pains worse I finally was told they had taken care of it... I said you got the waiver for paper claims and filed as a conditional payment and her yes did not sound secure.... I asked now please do not lie to me as I will know in about a month if I do not get a copy of the recovery letter sent out to the primary payer,,, in my case to Lynn Blodgett over at Federal workers comp and not Lynn Blodgett as management company for Fed Blues...
I got the truth and another claim got illegally paid.... as the system was hacked and add another amount to the trillions gone out illegally already ...Maybe before I even got the bill in the mail today .and they did not call an protect them selves from fines and penalties by documenting a reference number form FECA contractor ACS Lynn Blodgett's first company?
So I called the Coordination unit contractor and got NM call center and the info above... I was angry and that supervisor in NEW YORK NEEDS TO PAY THE BILL AS THAT HACKING GOT THIS STARTED...
Too many think that electing Trump as President is tong to make every one behave and obey the laws. And the crooks are not going away with out a fight as they are losing their free flow of money from the US Treasury and most have no idea that ones HEALTH INSURER GETS TO DECIDE IF THEY SHOULD PAY FIRST OR NOT.. And they are not my employer... I am not employed by Blues and they have no right to make up fake retirement dates and call them in to Emblem Health... and this is more nasty then ever at the management level there... although they have nice people who answer the phones.
MEDICAL PROVIDERS BEWARE AS IF YOU GET INFO FROM THIS SYSTEM OR CALL THE WESTERN OFFICE LATER IN THE DAY , YOU CAN NOT RELY ON THE INFO ... YOU ARE NOW BACK TO CALLING EACH INSURANCE THE PATIENTS GIVES YOU TO FIND OUT AND EVEN THEN THE PRIMARIES WILL NOT WISH TO PAY... AS THEY HAVE NOT HAD TO FOR YEARS..... of course none of them have posted the Medicare judges rulings on this I sent them.. that agrees with the employer posting.,
I am considering the sabotage of the info on my records as real retaliation... I had talked to Palmetto GBA who now handles railroad Medicare and she was in disbelief of what her own company had been done on regular Medicare and they are a subsidy of SC Blues as is Trailblazers who created 16 phony claim numbers on me and $4 million stolen in my name from 1/06 through 11/12. through Trailblazers and Palmetto GBA for some in Dallas Region.

TODAY'S INFO FROM NM CALL CENTER FOR COORDINATION OF BENEFITS AND RECOVERY CENTER FOR CMS.. IS THAT I ONLY HAVE MEDICARE A, B AND D is unclear to them of who or what kind . and no other plans.. one is now told they have to call 1-800 Medicare to get that info... and who is to be the coordination unit??? not 1-800 Medicare.
A dangerous profile is one needs surgery , or have to go to an ER and gets minimal attention and sent out if one is alive. is what too often is the real world.. as no indication the system that some how the entire bill would be paid.
