is when the US Congress and its been linked to the e governing bills voted to have no budget for internal audits of a government contractor and no budget for criminal investigations of them either. Plus the SEC was defunded so they could not help avoid shell companies of the same entity with illegal secret deal partnerships from getting all the contracts throughout the whole government at all levels. Most did not know that someone had changed words and phrases and over thrown the entire government or nearly so...
At the same time 'someone' proposed unconstitutional gag orders on Congress to not mention a contractor, contact a contractor nor have one testify... Agencies have no way to verify what is going on or if data and info in filed reports are even truthful,,,,, and massive evidence shows it is not. with massive thefts on going as well as loss of health and life in health care... from having to use a data base of our medical records that is not under the HIPPA law owned by the former Group Health , in c now Emblem health International and in the worlds to sell if off as are other company so all eh nations of the world and the peoples government for less will be in the control of one party to rule the word with no human entity or government to know what they are doing Total enslavement of the masses. the pretty beast system or the Anti-Christ to hold the world in one server in hand. Trans Pacific Asia Partnership appears to be the nail in the coffin of freedom for any of us in the world, when most of us have had some semblance of it until recent times where the COUP OF 2002 and similar things occur world wide to control us through controlling our information and data files
Something our founders knew well that no one should hold absolute power over others. And gave us a governing document that has served us well over the last few hundred years where we have check and balances on power and three branches of government to keep an eye on the other two.
Contractors need to be treated as an employee of the government and their work overseen to make sure its done correctly and legally by all the laws of the land, and if committing crimes investigate and prosecute as the legal system determines
ALL GONE AND STILL GONE
A senate aide today said that the overthrow of the government remains intact even though no new money was needed. Just a portion of the existing budget must be used for civil and criminal oversight of the contractors. With on going thefts in side the contractors, the money will more than repay us and more just to stop the stealing .
My call to the Senate Budget office was even less reassuring.. Lots of nice people work there and in the government but as three of the 38 federal agencies judges said in 2/09 and never obeyed on my cases either,,, '"rumor and gossip has run amok and no one knows what is going on " and 'ask me for the facts as no one knows" and to reconstruct my files from my records.... multiple over and over what the us attorneys call felony disappearances of files on my cases in several agencies that the AFL-CIO was a medical precedent case for those with toxic and chemical injuries . A continuous pattern of criminal activity that That is something with clear medical treatment standards but the testing and treatments are not even safely available anymore for many as the FDA refuses to acknowledge the existence of the conservative 11 million of us in the USA like me.
I was injured badly in 1/10/89 and am living proof one does not have to die in 1 to 5 years but the actions of our own system under these contractors cabal has turned us back to that now, as even I am under a "let her die" order from Lynn Blodgett and he is the dictator of the USA until Congress allows one penny to be spent to put the real government back in charge and do what is needed to be done as the US Constitution mandates, "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation."
A very polite man at the Budget office did take my name and number as I asked all the simple question that came on a recent letter from Lynn Blodgett's company Affiliated Computer Services that has had total control of federal workers comp since 2002 saying that my medical bills should be filed with an INSURANCE CARRIER..
No one has ever heard of the FECA program being turned over to any workers comp carrier. and neither did any congressional office I called to day and I called many of them. It did not say contractor as I filed with the contractor as they get all paper and data first and then decided what is to happen with it. judges orders disappear and never to be seen as does recovery letters to pay back Medicare what they have paid on me ( Some estimate there is trillions owed back where primary payers did not pay the bills they were legally obligated to pay or pay first on.) Hillary and Sec of HHS stopped enforcement of collections back in 1994 saying that the insurance industry could 'police itself and the abuses of this laxity began but went full blown after the COUP OF 2002 WHEN THEY COULD NO LONGER BE ARRESTED AS CONTRACTORS AS LL OF OUR HEALTH INSURERS ARE NOW UNDER HILLARY CARE She claims it and she started in in 1993 as got it in stages over the last 23 years.... Skims and scams that no government could ever create that much red tape on inside a real government trying to save money ... just the opposite each shuffle of data and regulations created to shuffle some more data is more contacts for Lynn Blodgett's cabal to get and big money spent to give out.
And over the years, its gotten worse inside the real government as offices do not have access to the information from other components of their own agencies to do their jobs. Its like a black ops CIA operation of no one is to know the whole. And most social programs do not work well that way as lots of info has to be shared for every ones rights to be uphold and the system to work smoothly.
So according to the letter I got. Federal workers comp has been turned over to some workers compensation insurance carrier and no one in the real government knows, not even in the offices that are to do the work... are they all getting pink slips?
Knowing the pattern of behavior that had to put the claims information I had filed in some system that was not tied to the real one at the US Department of Labor as the bills would have been paid as I already have permanent medical from over 20 years ago when I was put on home liquid oxygen for life and that gives one 100% total coverage for all bills under the 1988 labor law designed to protect the lives of injured workers in the USA , not just federal , This is unique to oxygen as other types of approved for life care does no give one all medial bills paid for by workers comp.. As it was explained to me everything medical includes being able to breathe.to heal .
Lynn Blodgett with a whole host of new shell companies now pays all or nearly all state regulated workers comp in the USA as contractors of the various insurance carriers.
I THINK THEY USED ONE OF THOSE SYSTEMS TO MAKE IT LOOK AS IF THEY PROCESSED MY CLAIMS AND DID NOT DO SO AT ALL WITH THE REAL FECA SYSTEM...
I have appealed anything not paid,, but oxygen invoices have been timely filed and gone unproccessed since 2002.... and as I wrote of recently here, ACS went in on the bill portal and created a prior to 2002 partial records , but left out where FECA had paid for home liquid oxygen... I have those records from FECA who had sent them to me before 2002. Plus the Medicare administrative judge got them in '08 and '09 as Medicare had finally had to pay and coded it as a conditional payment and the recovery letter sent to Lynn Blodgett thinking he was the US Department of Labor but no one there ever saw them
I asked the judges to enforce the conditional payment law and go get its money back In order to do so the judges first affirmed I was approved for life for liquid home oxygen to be paid for by Medicare and then addressed the issue of enforcing recovery . The answer was basically the agency judges could not over turn an executive type order of the Sec of HHS and did not.
But they had got the real records from the US Dept of Labor that the local workers compensation regional office cannot even have... under threat of subpoena as its still and in house system and the one that posts by weekly to the Medicare contractors filling system and than hacked repeatedly to illegally pay under Medicare without going to recovery creating overpayments to patients and providers that would not exist if filed conditionally as its the government's responsibility to collect its own debts and patients are to do this, how.? we have been trying for 15 years....
Lynn Blodgett controls all ends of this whole process and its a vicious circle of conflicts of interest that should never had been allowed to exist.
I appealed that and the decision on M09-1406 the answer was the same ...approved for life by Medicare for the liquid oxygen care, but its FECA'S BILL /and no one in the government to enforce it...since the COUP OF 2002.
Now , since 1/08 no supplier and my family hauled a 200 lb oxygen tank to day so I could live another 10 days.. it goes I go from this world and I choose to stay.. I was getting about 60% reimbursement from Federal Blues, but for the last 2 years no claims processed there either ....... as what seems to have happened Lynn Blodgett's management company there did not know the claims were being paid as approved for life there. and now wants a letter from Medicare.. now Celerian group a subsidiary of S.C Blues will not process them either for 2 years and they would deny them as Medicare only pays if there is a supplier.... and they know I would then appeal on up to join with a hearing pending for over 6 years to over turn an unconstitutionally created regulation that put small supplier our of he business that could do it cheaper with NO DUE PROCESS WARNING TO ANY ONE... JUST SO THE BIG COMPANIES THAT HAVE BIG TRUCKS GOING UP AND DOWN THE ROAD AND FILLING TANKS IN ONES YARD HAVE MUCH HIGHER OVERHEAD THAN THE SMALL ONES WHO WERE ABLE TO JUST TAKE THE EMPTY AND EXCHANGED WITH ONES THEY GOT FILLED THE SAME PLACE AS MY FAMILY DOES. AT A GAS COMPANY THAT SELLS MEDICAL LIQUID OXYEN AND THOSE ARE GETTING FEWER.. Concentrators have ozone that gets back into the lungs and in minutes my lungs are inflamed and in a life threatening situation. Some can use them but about 11 million cannot safely do so as also hey are not therapeutic levels either.. one gets air around the machine into ones lungs and that is the use with ozone..
The financial burden is great but I am alive and the liquid oxygen supplier now are all CONTRACTORS OF LYNN BLODGETT'S COMPANY,(s)

One of the worse experiences today is one person who began 'all of us are going to die'' and speaking of god and prayer etc. I said God gave us a brain also... I finally said saying God but I often use Yahusha as its closer to the real sound MAYBE YOU PRAYED AND I AM WHO GOT SENT .. I AM NOTHING SPECIAL BUT I AM WHO YOU GOT AND I NEED YOU TO HELP. EVEN WITH SOME GENERAL INFORMATION AS TO WHO IS THE INSURANCE CARRIER I AM TO SEND ALL FEDERAL WORKERS COMP BILLS TO?
Just a signed letter form some one that no such entity exists is proof of wrong doing and harassment and discrimination and all the rest by the contractor of Lynn Blodgett and he is named by high level officials and even his own managers as the one in control of all and all have to accept his verbal word for things as none have access to my files or data. she even seemed not understand my point of view that praying for DIVINE INTERJECTION DOES NOT ALWAYS OCCUR AS WE ARE CREATED WITH FREE WILL AND WE ARE TO DO THINGS FOR OURSELVES AND IN COOPERATION WITH OTHERS. ESPECIALLY IF ONE HAS ACCEPTED A POSITON OF AUTHORITY LIKE A MEMBER OF CONGRESS.
I pray she tries to understand me better and will try and help as that has been verified over and over as why the judges said to reconstruct the files using my records. as she kept insisting that the el government had all of my files and they said over and over they do not have access to them at all as that is why the judges ordered the contractor set them up and use my records to do so .. YOU CANNOT CONITNUE TO COVER UP EVIL ANY MORE WHERE EVER IT SURFACES
The appellate judges know how bad it is as I am not the only one ......and now the whole nations' workers have to deal with these illegal and unethical tactics if they get injured on the job just to stay alive
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may the eyes of Congress be opened and do the few simple things to put the real government back in charge to contain and stop the evil that has overwhelmed us, robbed us of our nation's monies and put our very lived in danger daily.
