1776 Coalition :: IRS doesn’t tell 1 MILLION taxpayers that illegals stole their Social Security numbers
See my comment to the article that does not even mention the agency that is to do the work on this to 'unscramble' wage records when earnings are reported by more than one person using ones social security number.
The one using another's SSN might be an innocent person that just made a clerical error, and the rest who are real thieves have not been found guilty yet, so privacy rights go both ways on this. What is the bigger concern is the numbers not being prosecuted and victims records messed up and not corrected which is the beginning of the process to find thee crooks to arrest them and that is SSA's traditional job to correct. and later on prosecute.
My understanding is that my agency Social Security that I went to work for after graduating from college in 6/68 has stopped even doing the work on these and its another contractor rip off that a simple process is not being done that could easily be partially automated and IRS'S CONTRACTORS SCRAMBLING UP THE MESS EVEN MORE??
I do not know what all is going on right now inside my agency , even though still employed but transferred to US Department of Labor jurisdiction?. But in many ways, it seems those going to work at SSA daily do not have a clue either. As I have had to explain things to many of them as their training has been shortened as if the entire agency is headed to be a contract.
ITS TOO COMPLEX AND TOO MANY DUE PROCESS RIGHTS ALL OVER THAT HAS TO BE DONE IF WE ARE TO HAVE ANY SEMBLANCE OF SELF GOVERNING UNDER OUR US CONSTITUTION TO CONTRACT OUT THE WORK OF THE AGENCY TO CONTRACTORS WITH NO LEGAL AUTHORITY TO MAKE FORMAL DECISIONS AS EVEN LOWER AND MID LEVEL SSA EMPLOYEES DO MUCH OF THOSE. WITH OTHER MORE COMPLEX NEEDING ANOTHER SIGNATURE OR DONE BY A HIGHER GRADE LEVEL OR USED TO ... as I my case too much is not even being done for years.... .
And they are very capable, but not trained and does any one at the top of the agency have a clue either with this cabal of contractors running and controlling things. THE AGENCY HAS BEEN SCRAMBLED OF OUR RIGHTS AND RECORDS BY CONGRESS ALLOWING THIS CABAL TO INTERFERE AND NOT ALLOW THE AGENCY TO DO ITS JOBS AS IT NEEDS TO DO AND AUDIT THE CONTRACTORS AND SECURE THE SYSTEMS THAT IS VITAL TO EACH AND EVERY ONE IN THE USA.
EVERY ONE KEEP YOUR RECORDS UNTIL THE DAY THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWED TO BE IN CHARGE AGAIN BY ACT OF CONGRESS.
One should be checking their earnings statement from SSA at least once every 3 years to make sure only your earnings and all of your earnings are posted. And then contact SSA if they are not.
Social Security is just one agency that does not function well being contracted our at all. There are just too many things to do that require legally a real government official to make formal decisions on ant they can be done at the mid to lower grade levels of the civil service as multiple signatures are going to be needed when official records are being altered.
One does not have the privacy right to now who else's wages are scrambled or mixed in with yours. without court orders, etc. which is far above the government officials one is going to be dealing with to get ones own records corrected.
I always had a few of these cases on my desk to work ,but it has gotten way out of control and I heard that very little has been going on locally and was being handled by a group at headquarters. which is possible, but when there are laws being broken by one or more parties, a personal interview is helpful, but not needed by paper and phone call. etc.
Any prosecutions would come when the ID thief is located. and the victim would be re interviewed anyway etc. But not always easy to find the thief. And in the amnesty done 30 years ago, criminal charges were not brought and we spent a lot of time getting those now legal , their records reconstructed from the stolen numbers they had used. And if the victim has already filed and received social security based on earnings that are not theirs then one can become victimized again. and this time affecting ones personal livelihood. if one is dependent on that monthly SSA check.
This international cabal of interlocked government contractors got control of SSA a few years ago that is far beyond what Microsoft did in the early 90's and designed the basic software for the employees to then operate and control what was input and changed and all kinds of due process and laws to be obeyed to do that in all areas until the COUP OF 2002 AND HACKING began and no one allowed to stop it.
Hacking is not just someone from outside snooping in , but someone on the inside illegally going in and altering or deleting official info that cannot done. Information is under all kinds of formal decisions and due process rights for it to be in their in the first place and can only be changed with more of the same. These are just not the kinds of legal actions a contractor can legally make and why SSA is an agency with so much of these complex programs and issues that ones rights are all over and interwoven into the processing of everything.
Rights now being ignored and eve judges orders not followed, even ..
Most find out someone has used their SSN when they get a letter from IRS that they did not report all of their earnings. or it can happen on he system as other income comes up ..
ITS NOT IRS WHERE THE SOLUTION IS DONE. but is anyone doing anything at SSA. This article indicates maybe not.
How much does one pay a contractor to send out a letter to the one or more addresses on the w-2;s for the employee and ask each one using the same number to list the names of their employers for the year or years.! When we did this in office, we would be able to ask a few more questions as part of the job was the initial criminal investigation if it was a theft and not clerical error by someone. A few or errors, but not many. and I thought that certain employers had a list of good numbers and paid earnings under those for whomever showed up and this is also the beginning of that criminal investigation and why, again contractors just do not have he authority .
And I have good reason from my own situations on a bogus tax return that one contractors is implicated as the source of millions of numbers to use and get by with as the elderly usually do not have income to file tax returns and the victim may not even know Even those not having earning should be checking their wage statements just in case. as Medicare premiums can be increased if one suddenly has a six figure income show up .. AND ITS TRUE THAT NEITHER IRS NOR SSA HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME AS A WITNESS FOR ANY KIND OF PROSECUTION SO THE THIEF IS STILL OUT THERE.... and only got caught due to Doyle and I always filing a short form 1040 even though not required to . and how it got stopped and caught so easily at IRS.
So if one is going to ignore the crimes committed by the ID thief. and just needing to get workers wage records unscrambled. Then its a matter to get each party to sign which earnings are theirs and correct the records. But all the due process needed is co signature of official of the real government and letters and the victim is OK for that year at least and SSA is to be opening up a criminal investigation with the OIG office. and some cross checking for isolated employers or a pattern of the same one etc.
But when every step is to be another contract and another company to set up to do each letters which has been going on in other agencies its becomes unwieldy and WE DEVOLVE INTO LAWLESSNESS AND RIGHTS AND CONSTITUTION GET TRASHED.
Its not that complicated when done by real government employees whom all have the sentence in their job descriptions :and other duties as assigned.: and one only has to be ordered to send a letter or process the information etc. AND THOSE LETTERS CAN BE IN THE SYSTEM AND HIT THE KEY FOR THE LETTER AND OUT IT GOES .
How much money did this cabal rip off SSA for already ? This article says IRS'S CONTRACTORS ARE TRYING TO DO WHAT HAS BEEN SSA'S JOB SINCE 1935? The work is not even in the right agency??? IRS TURNS IT OVER TO SSA AS SOON AS THEY KNOW ITS A SCRAMBLED WAGE RECORD and the gets a copy of the work SSA DOES WHEN COMPLETED for their final sign off on ??? when ones taxes collected is changed.
CONGRESS HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THAT UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE ON THEM TO NOT MENTION A CONTRACTOR, CONTACT ONE OR HAVE ONE TESTIFY .
And this whole scrambled debacle that is theft with real victims and even a ricco case in some cases is now in SCRAMBLED CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE NO CLUE OF THE TOTAL PROCESS BETWEEN IRS AND SSA WHICH THE AGENCY OFFICIALS HAVE DEALT WITH FOR 80 years now. now with a million back log. and the lowest grade level in an office could be sitting there pushing the key to copy the info from each W-2 of name and address of employee and put it in the mail. And there are machines that do that without a contract??
AND THEN LYNN BLODGETT ET AL STARTS SUING AS THEY CLAIM THEY ARE TO BE PAID TO DO THE WORK?
CONGRESS UNSCRAMBLE YOURSELVES AND UNDERSTAND THAT SOME COMPLEX THINGS ARE NOT THAT COMPLICATED WHEN REAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ARE ALLOWED TO DO THEM . Take care of the victims and get their records corrected and then the back log will be with the criminal investigators, the OIG. For them to find the bad employers in the mix and investigate them, and the rest may never be located who stole the SSN and tricked the innocent employer.
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may the ones ripping us off be stopped and the simple processes be done to stop all harm to others. . This cabal is going to make things as complicated as they can to get more contracts on top of contracts to shuffle data around that is not needed to be done when one entity is in charge , the real government.
Workers check your own records! The ones in charge are not in charge since the COUP OF 2002 AND ARE SO SCRAMBLED THEMSELVES BY THIS CABAL THAT ITS GOING TO TAKE EACH OF US TO UNSCRAMBLE. OUR OWN RIGHTS. Trying to find the thief is nearly impossible as ones does not have a badge to arrest anyone, and its a privacy matter and the victim may never be able to find out unless the government catches and prosecutes the thief. And this SCRAMBLED MESS MAKES IT MUCH HARDER TO DO WITH CONTRACTORS IN THE MIX AND SCRAMBLING THINGS EVEN MORE.
