Due to a 1988 labor law that intent was to save lives of injured workers whose lives would be endangered if they were not awarded permanent medical care before any other issues were settled or money settlement and became a law that most did not wish to be widely known about who is paying the claims. But it happens through the system anyway automatically and for good reason to save lives in cases like mine win big interests did not wish this case to survive .

It was only due to a mix up put on by initial chart that listed my employer as Port Authority that any of us got tests run and diagnoses and was being prepared for admission as near death as my co workers got turned away and not even a chest x-ray and all had health insurance;
The diagnostic tests came back affirming toxic fume inhalation and reports had to be filed for the NJ health Dept and they found out I worked for SSA and sent home to die also with no treatment but to take Tylenol and cough syrup and drink lots of fruit juice I had mucous membranes burned off entire body and my chest felt like a hot iron and seared it and it had been . I did stop breathing and only by a miracle am I alive now. to share the truth of how we must all get back control of our government so it works for us as its supposed to . WHY IS OXYGEN SUCH A DEATH PANEL ISSUE?
Oxygen seems to be the main medical need on this but it could by other things. If one has an established case and workers comp approves you for oxygen for life as occurred on my case nearly 22 years ago. then one is automatically given permanent medical and ITS NOT JUST FOR OXYGEN BUT FOR EVERY MEDICAL BILL. as it was explained to me by Lynn Blodgett's own manager whom he ordered not to input the claims as they would be paid and the gig would be up and "let her die" order on me. There is no medical issue one can have that is not affected by oxygen need to heal etc.
If the claims are processed as they used to be, there is no issue and a supplier gets paid timely. But when ACS took over the control as one of his main companies he controls, by not inputting then when Medicare tries to input the claims it rejects saying primary payer. Its a timely process for FECA o be billed wait 4 months for an answer and harassment to follow up and be stalled etc., and why I made the contract eventually and was told. I have been trained in interrogation by some of the best and sometimes I get bad mouthed out there ,but I can get the answered and "I DO NOT HAVE TO WATER BOARD EITHER", I just appeal to their conscience and humanity that I need to know as I choose to live
By the time one then tries to get the Employer group health plan to pay and more months, then one can go on to Medicare and THE CURRENT ISSUE IS THAT NO ONE IN THE BILLING FIELD IS TRAINED TO KNOW HOW TO DO A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM IS NOT WHAT THE TAXPAYER PAID FOR EITHER. It should be very simple to just click the field and automatically would go to the recovery contractor and a whole series of due process letters go out to get the money back. now we have illegal systems used to hack in bi weekly and trillions owed back insiders say. that the real government is not allowed to spend one penny to find out what I can as a patient and training to investigate.

The Recovery letters were never allowed to be seen by the real government as they were addressed to. Lynn Blodgett withheld them and then in collusion with Group Health that controls the facilitation of daily theft under his orders, and others in illegal secret deal partnerships with Lynn Blodgett proceeded to destroy all the recovery efforts they had tried to make from him he never showed to the Sec of labor nor any one in the real government The suspensions of the enforcement of the conditional payment law was done in 1994 and collapsed the integrity of the health care system ii the USA Hillary did nothing as US Senator to help put it back, either?

So for 2 years, when my family hauls a 200 lb tank to the gas company to get it filled with medial liquid oxygen which I am approved for life by three health plans and no reason should not be getting delivered and paid for 100% by one or all, A REAL DEATH PANEL THAT HAS COST LIVES KICKS IN and was until the illegally done regulation inn 2007 effective 1/08 to get rid of those who were doing it cheaper before the competitive bid program began ad the big companies would not be able to get the bids and territories NO WARING WAS GIVEN FOR ANY ONE TO KNOW AND COMMENT AHEAD OF TIME ! my supplier had been paid by Medicare and blues secondary , but they had to get out of the service and all across the USA , especially in rural areas the real DEATH PANELS KICKED IN due to CORRUPTION.
I have been approved for life for liquid oxygen as the ozone off the concentrators which is not the pure oxygen. The minute amounts of ozone that get sucked back in causes deadly inflammation lungs and fluid in minutes of using them. But suppliers have the same issues for not wanting a workers comp case for those who can tolerate them. They pull the same illegal DEATH PANEL TACTIC AND WILL NOT INPUT THE CLAIMS ever.
We pay and then I was able to get some back from Federal blues. but they are under his management and it seems that he found out and stopped them from processing the claims about 2 years ago Medicare will not pay if there is no supplier and that is unconstitutional and a hearing is pending for nearly 6 years now on that issue as small suppliers were forced out of a side line business n 1/08 by a regulation that went through that was illegally done that if one gets liquid oxygen they had to hire a respiratory tech and the initial cost was $21.000 for one in rural OK with only 3 to 6 patients. and most places only had a few patients and could provide care cheaper as they would exchange filled tanks and hire someone part time to delver on call good part time job for a retired person who still have a good back or even student, etc,
Lynn Blodgett prepares the files for the hearing judges, so ours have been blocked since 2009 when the 38 th federal .judged ruled and he is in defiance of all 38 . Many many hearings are pending that have been ignored. And there was one that originated at SSA where some requests got into the file of a resolved issue and ignored and the only issue the judges heard had been resolved. but was given some others that someone had slipped I the hearing file also ... That is now under appellate appeal to remand and hear the other cases that should never have needed to be.
That were appealed from SSA/ Medicare related issues if Lynn Blodgett et al was not pretending to do reconsiderations and I am paying more for Part B premiums than the law clearly says I should but that file has not been posted by Lynn Blodgett either in a system file and hacked into also ,, at SSA .
What I share now is already a matter of public prosecution records of things that have been done in the past .and caught and stopped. But now no budget from Congress to even find out and the contractor who might choose to try it CONGRESS CANNOT HAVE SSA OFFICIALS TESTIFY AS THEY ARE GAGGED TO NOT MENTION THE CONTRACTORS .
EVERY ONE! ALL OF YOUR DATA AT SOCIAL SECURITY IS NOT SECURE AND SSA WROTE TO CONGRESS TWO YEARS AGO FOR AUTHORITY TO GET IN AND CHECK THINGS OUT AND LYNN BLODGETT ET ALL DENIED THEM Keep hard copies of your w-2's and other filings. The government considers hacking not just some one fro outside peeking, but someone inside going in and changing data that should be blocked from be altered but isn't in an insecure system

Every man should call and ask if there are children receiving checks on his record as this has been an issue a few times when non existent children were added and the man not even know it and benefits being paid, . We do not have the internal controls nor budget to even investigate crimes now inside a contractor So if you find out this is going on I am not sure you can stop it as contractors are immune in the COUP OF 2002. Men you have the right to know who , but not the address.
Women are asked to produce medical records if they gave birth in years past the time one can medically have children and not as easy to happen... as personal contact involved in processing the claim . But just adding a child to an 80 year old man's record, who may never know if the contractor did it and its just a system hack. .
