House bill would elevate HHS CISO from CIO's purview see my written comment to the article.. The article mentions not one word about civil nor criminal oversight budget of a contractor. And does nothing about the on going stealing of Medicare since 2002 when Congress defunded oversight. That means no one in the government or Congress can find out what is going on or if the system is secure or not and if crimes committed no money to investigate or arrest any one. And the same is and has been going on throughout most of govt. Many newer members of Congress have been lied to by those who know what is going on and passed an illegal and unconstitutional bill as each takes an oath to be 'for the general welfare of the people and security of the nation"
To allow the blatant stealing of the public treasury so benefits must be cut is not looking out for the USA at all. STEALING FROM THE PEOPLE'S MONEY.entrusted to the government to make sure is secure.
