This is an excellent article as far as it goes, but still misses the most important piece of info. WHO IS IN CHARGE. Its President Lynn Blodgett of Xerox management services and his nearly 150 companies and as many partnerships according to high level government officials who have no access to even their agency data, unless he permits them to have it.
The only ones in the govt who may exert any control may be a few who took illegal bribes from the contractors to get those contract. And the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal was far and wide spread and never got completed inside SSA, HHS, DOL and beyond merely some Native American tribes being cheated over some casino rights. The bigger the offender the harder it is to not renew a contract as many states have found out as well as feds as the power of peddled influence is strong. And the SEC has no budget either to go after any govt contractor either.
Most thought that everyone being able to get health insurance only affected those few million. No it put standards of software that exclude millions from the questionnaires, such as the 11 million plus who have some form of reactive airway diseases and ended with no safe asthma inhalers for us.
Hospitals have no protocols to deal with us either nor with other diseases that need some.
Those questionnaires all have to fill out now and go in to that being privately owned data base is NOT PROTECTED UNDER THE HIPPAA LAW AT EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL/
We no longer have States in charge of health care as the Teri Schiavo law ended that, giving the Federal govt responsibility for life if one chose to live and needed health care. Nor is the Federal government in charge. We are nearly in to international health care and shred info.
A;; are harmed when data is incorrect, or altered or other patients get co mingled as has occurred on mine with two close calls with horrible consequences which is how I found out later what happened.
Your medical treatment, especially in a busy ER is going to come from a real mess where the patient can not get a copy and no one can correct even a typo. As one could do with ones own doctor or hospital where billions are spent to protect our records and this cabal audits and causes all kinds of problems if anything is not protected. THE HIPPA LAW WAS A " FRAUD" as the real data base that often causes real harm is not under it and that is accessed at the ER and I had a specialist use it was the wrong medicine given . ITS OWNED BY Group Health since 1999, now Emblem Health International according to sources early on when the hacking began not long after the e- government law of 2002 was passed?
Its been a real night mare trying to get ones records accurately put into the fields of the new soft ware where compounds are not in it and often the system tries to think you mean something else and up comes the wrong medication, instead. Our medical personnel had better systems them selves for years and had lee way to add notes. etc. AGAIN ITS NOT CONDUCIVE TO GOOD JUDGEMENT BY OUR WELL TRAINED DOCTORS, ETC. TO NOTE SOMETHING AS THEY ALWAYS USED TO IN OUR PAPER CHARTS.?
Medicine is called the practice of medicine and is an on going learning process as knowledge of science increases. WHAT WE HAVE IS MORE LIKE MULTIPLE CHOICE AND DO NOT USE YOUR BRAIN. I am not a doctor, but am a patient and am witness to what is going on. And this is my opinion of it all. I want my doctors, nurses, etc. to be able to use their knowledge and have the ability to be subjective when assessing what is needed to be done for me medically. We patients are not inanimate objects and ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL MEDICALLY. I AM NOT A COMPUTER CHIP, but a flesh and blood human. So is every one else and we are not exactly alike. Even identical twins can get different illnesses. and injuries.
ONE CAN ONLY HAVE ALLERGIES, No one can have an adverse reaction that is not that. And millions of us do. And an antihistamine would be life threatening for us especially in the middle of an asthma attack . The toxin and chemical and tobacco industry is the bigger controller of FDA though the contractors who owe their allegiance to first.?
This over throw of our govt at all levels and in most areas, not just health care did not begin in 2009, nor even in 2001. Its been a step by step process , that has been well thought out for over thirty years, when Congress refused to pass laws. to pay IT people super salaries so the govt could own its own data and records and maintain them. Agency by agency the people no longer own its own records anymore. Its owned by this cabal of contractors who now get those super salaries who work for contractors as the govt would not pay enough to compete with them and stopped having them as employees of the people.
Over sight used to exist, but that is now officially gone and no one has any idea what is going on as even judges orders may not get posted for agencies to even known what there own legal decisions are for them to follows. Contractors are not making up their own rules and policies that often vary drastically from the official ones that often have passed judicial review and come form the president and Congress.. CONGRESS MIGHT AS WELL GO HOME ONCE THEY SIGN THE BLANK CHECK OF THE BUDGET. If they are not going address this. They have 'gagged' themselves to not ask the contractors what is going on and are still having heads of agencies come to hearings who have no clues what is going on? . IF THEY DID THEY OFTEN SHOULD BE IN JAIL as the would knowingly be part of not reporting blatant crimes going on.
Next time ones hears, or read of a medial horror story, ASK WHO IS THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR THE HOSPITALS, INSURANCE COMPANY OR EVEN DOCTOR? One may often be really shocked to know what is really going on that no one wants to admit?. As management company team steps un and takes over if they do not do as told. most think its someone from the hospital...... Confidence undermined is what I see for a large hospital or other non govt entity to manage and form them own policies of what they want to do to do the best they can for others.
I see our best well trained scientist in Medicare, our doctors, with years of training and experience to know what to do, being undermined to the extent that even their confidence in their own ability to do what is good medicine can well result in the lack of the best care possible. There comes a point when arguing with trying to get care covered for a patient becomes nearly impossible anymore as they deal with an immovable international cabal they are now required to pay to help them take care of things when modern systems should be returning control back to the doctor, instead.
The free labor of machines has been stolen from the people and turned into more contracts and skims and scams and more red tape than any govt could create.
UPDATE ON OPM HACK
PS. Active duty feds and family who have been victims of hacking, as we have been, . ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THAT 200 MILLION DOLLARS FOR CREDIT MONITORING HELP. I guess if your personnel file has been disappeared or messed with as mine has been, you do not need help as you have been DELETED. three of us, who are still on my Fed Blues policies that I had gone on line and filled out the form at ID Experts. got three separate letters to day. to that effect. WE WERE NOT BREACHED. NO HACKING GONE ON. THEY NEVER CHECKED ANYTHING OUT, DID THEY? And there is no appeal rights and no place to respond given, except for a generic signing by the Director of OPM. So do we write her?
Any one who has read this blog and our ongoing hacking through OPM 's own contractors under President Blodgett. knows that we needs some of that 200 million used to stop hacking of systems that is relating in real harm and thefts.. and not just for us. THE TAXPAYER GOT RIPPED OFF ANOTHER 200 MILLION? Everyone thought all active duty feds and dependents on their benefits, as well as our son 's info is in my personnel file also having been covered under my health insurance before he turned 22. So where is my finger prints, and my personnel file that no one has been able to find for over a decade, and the US Dept of Labor has me in theirs very secured, even though my claims examiner at FECA in Dallas does not have access to it as Pres. Blodgett deifies 38 federal judges in several agencies, and will not post it as ordered to do so from my records so things can continue to get processed and paid. Looks like there is a new round of letters to send to all and we take another turn in the journey to redemption of rights and justice. I ask YAHUSHA, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, why me, why us, why the woes of the world. and when will we stop doing harm to one another and cure all injuries and illness and never do things that get people injured and sick in the first place.
Its the day after Christmas and the world is in chaos and so is the govt. But some of the family did help do some clean up work around the yard before the rains hit. We had weather so warm these last few days we opened all our windows. to get some air flowing through the house. But winter is coming in after the rain its said.
Our prayers for those hit with tornadoes not too many miles from us. and loss of life. We have slushy , icy roads expected for those headed back to work Monday and tomorrow will be lots of rain getting to worship services. BE SAFE
