TODAY I FOUND OUT THE MASS CONFUSION OVER THIS SOCIAL SECURITY MATTER ENDING UP AT THE MEDICARE OFFICE WAS MADE WORSE BE ANOTHER HACKING IN TO THE SSA CLAIMS DATA BASE TO ADD BACK IN THE SSA HEARING THAT DISAPPEARED IN 9/09 FROM THE SSA MCALISTAR HEARING OFFICE AND SYSTEM HACKED AND DELETED NEVER TO BE SEEN OF AGAIN. AND CAUSED A COUPLE OF ITEMS THAT WERE SENT TO THE OFFICE IN 2010 TO END WITH ONLY THOSE GIVEN TO THE JUDGE WHO HAD NO IDEA? THERE WAS A FILE LEGALLY IN THE CUSTODY OF THE OFFICE ALTHOUGH NOT PHYSICALLY THERE IN PAPER OR SYSTEM FORMAT AND THOSE COUPLE OF ITEMS WERE DISMISSED WITH NOTHING DONE ON THE ISSUES IN THE HEARING FILE OF 8/09.
So, over the years, none who have pulled up my claims file there could see any record f the 8/09 hearing, but now just before the matters sent to the medicare hearing office , t has been added back in to make it look ass if the later matter were about that.
So if the file is not intact than that must be resubmitted to show it has yet to have a hearing and we should not be holding a hearing on anything later before that is heard first as the issues are the same.
ANOTHER HACKED SSA SYSTEM:
ON TOP OF THAT NOTHING WAS SENT ON TO THE NORTH DALLAS SSA HEARING OFFICE WHEN OUR ZIP CODES GOT TRANSFERRED THERE AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THEIR HAVING THIS FILE BACK IN 1997 SO I NEED TO FIND THAT DISMISSAL WITH VERY LITTLE OF THE FILE THAT ENDED WITH THE APPEAL TO THE APPELLATE JUDGE AND A REMAND BACK IN 2/200 WITH NO HEARING EVER HELD THEM EITHER AND MORE CONFUSION ALLOWED TO OCCUR OBSTRUCTING ANY SENSE OF FIR PLAY AND JUSTICE FOR ME..
ITS TIME TO STOP LISTENING TO GOSSIP AND RUMOR AND INTENTIONAL MISINFORMATION FROM SOME IN SERIOUS LEGAL TROUBLE OVER INJURIES AND DEATHS , ETC . AND JUST FOLLOW THE RULES AND PROCEDURES. THEY WERE PUT IN PLACE FOR GOOD REASON.

This is a hacking to add, rather than delete this time and cause real chaos for me as well as for those in the agencies to know what in 'what the hack ;is going on. Ans most feds are still being told everything is secured on the system and nothing ever goes missing....IT DOES IF SOMEONE WANTS IT TO BE AND NO ONE EVER GETS INVESTIGATED FOR DOING IT.Will they now with the new rules?
These are just for OPM? Or will it be for all and who will be hired to investigate? THE SAME ENTITIES SUSPECTED AS DOING THE HACKING IN THE FIRST PLACE? Time to hire some of those new graduates in cyber tech as real govt employees subject to upholding the constitutional rights of all and laws .
SO I WILL KNOW IF ITS DONE BY WHAT HAPPENS ON MY FILES AND WHAT IS GOING ON NOW IS AN ATTEMPT BY SOMEONE WITH ACCESS TO GET INTO THE SYSTEM TO MAKE THINGS EVEN WORSE FOR ME.
I pray for a good outcome with the judge, if only to get some clarity as to what SSA is to have and what Medicare is to have as some are using this blurring of jurisdiction to cause real harm to those like me. and making it so legal issues do not get judicial review to know if the agencies and the contractors are interpreting laws correctly as CONGRESS INTENDED THEM TO BE. and in a constitutional manner. Govt used to work for all of us , when these kinds of access were not obstructed.
Then my 26 page typed SSA 795 summary recap of all appeals and filings on an open claim filed in 10/89 ended up being sent to the appellate judge who could not rule on something the lower judge had never seen and sent the case back as a type of remand and yet no one did anything until after the hearings began in CONGRESS . And some one tried to cover up what has been gong on?
Today I called some local SSA co workers and fond that their were no written guidelines of which office got what, and that their understandings was the same as mine. This is not about a medical bill claim and so should be at SSA. is still the general consensus as I had know it to be since 6/68 when SSA and Medicare were the same agency. Splitting the two apart has been as bad for everyone as the OPM system set up soon after that split allowed no one to be accountable and constant shuffling of paper and systems data between where it became too easy for data, papers and rights to go missing. when SOMEONE WANTED IT TO.
There is deadly games being played throughout the govt with people's files and data and lives. All of this needs to cease if we are ever to have justice and fairness in this nation or be respected so it can be had throughout the world.
We feds have always been the most vulnerable as we have no state or local authorities to turn to when things get so corrupted at the federal level as non feds have theme as well as federal authority to ask for help; OR THEY USED TO BEFORE THE FEDERAL GOVT HAD BEEN CONTRACTED OUT TO AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT WAS ALLOWED TO DO AS IT PLEASED WITH ALL OF OUR RIGHTS AND PUBLIC TREASURY WITH NONE TO OVER SEE IT OR STOP WRONG DOINGS IN ANY WAY, A corruption that made it harder and harder for any company waning to be ethical to survive financially or win a lower bid when they are not set with secret deals to be able to steal from the people. The least ethical could underbid as they were able to steal from us to make money.
Must get some rest and get into locating records for the hearing and another brief to write with my non attorney rep, spouse and keep my atty of record informed of what we do.

Borders are not always the visible ones, but those that control our rights of life and livelihoods every day that must not be turned over to private interests without close govt over sight . Its the business of govt to ensure the security of the nation and the peoples property held in govt files. That has not been even attempted to be done for a long time and is not being done yet on mine.
