Linda Joy Adams: Violations of civil rights page 31: owcp reconsideration on schedule award issue and request to make ACS give you the files

APPEALS  legally pending unanswered as ACS will not  post them to file as they have not set up any file yet since 2002 in defiance of appellate judges orders so the government is overthrown when none in the official government is able to carry out the business of government nor obey the law or judges who rule or order.

No one is allowed to accept any kind of paper, not even a copy of the judges orders they are to follow in the local federal workers compensation office. If such arrives by mail, fax or person they immediately must send it to ACS to post to the file and there is no file set up so they can post and process and pay. what is being done is on an offline system not linked to the official records at US Department of Labor which the local office cannot access.

REASON: federal officials cannot be trusted with security of files nor data, so an unaccountable contractor of an international cabal with all kinds of special interests and agendas gets to be trusted and do as they please and are immune from  any kind of civil or criminal over sight as to what is going on.
