Lawmakers Bicker Over Treatment of Feds in First Oversight Committee Meeting - Oversight - GovExec.com
I t sounded as if the horrific issues that have put my own life in jeopardy as a Federal employee injured in the job with non controverted case that has been established and yet dumped onto Medicare illegally to fight for life itself while being blocked from life sustaining care to cover up the real documented crimes that are on going in side the system that is in place. WHICH WERE GOING TO BE ADDRESSED FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1997,
A SMOKE SCREEN GOT FLOWN UP TO DISTRACT THE COMMITTEE AWAY FROM SOME OVER ALL HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES ON GOING IN THE USE.
I am all for rights of veterans and they are just one more segment of the USA population that has suffered from an over thrown government that few have any idea has occurred. and those that do knew either have had little luck in exposing it like me, or THEY ARE IN ON IT AS WHOLLY OWNED SOUL OF THIS INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZED CRIME RING. as it is no formal government of any nation.
We have two main camps in Congress. One recognizes the Honorable institution of the civil servant. Its a noble profession that has served government well since it began under the emperors of ancient China. Its a group of dedicated persons whose job is to carry out the laws of the land and deal with the people honorable and honestly and treat all equal before the law.
When its not done this way then nations find themselves under attack from the people who resist tyranny of any kind and always have done so in peaceful ways or not. And whatever kind of government one has, if the leaders do not over see that the process is fair and that any one who does not uphold these high standards of conduct is taken way from the job they are not carrying out.
ITS CALLED JUSTICE AND WE HUMANS KNOW IN OURSELVES WHEN IT IS BEING DENIED US AND WE DULL OUR CONSCIENCES THAT MAKE US HUMANS WITH COMPASSION for when we dull the ability to care for one another, we lose what make us humans and part of the family of humanity.
In my case, the Constitution is not being followed for if it were , I would not be in this situation.
When the storing of our record and data became digitized into a computer system and now into cyber space, governments began needing experts to help make this occur. Instead of keeping tighter controls over those who were contracted with to write these software programs, we not only tuned our data and records over to a few with high expertise, but then proceeded to turn over all the utility of government and all other kinds of duties to government contractors who became a law until themselves as laws got passed to make them ACCOUNTABLE TO NONE BUT THEIR INTERLOCKED SYSTEM.
Now we have an international cabal that has convinced many of our elected leaders that they are the better way to carry out the business of governing and all they have to do is give them lots of money and they will no longer have to be concerned about how they get the job done. The issue is if there is to be a government then they have to govern and have over sight and have real authority yet to top crimes and abuse of power and see to it that the laws they pass are carried out as they intended them to be.
Soon governments began hiring not only those to write software programs but anyone who controlled the data that got input into these new systems that replaced paper files and typewriters and pen and ink and the civil servants who wrote and typed up reports and data and created the records of the people and maintained them in buildings and even in underground caves for posterity.
Now, we have cyber records that can be deleted with a stoke of a key and altered and changed and disappeared with no regard that these actions are still felony actions to alter or delete or disappear government records of those the government has been entrusted to keep the records on.
Increasingly the real government just did not want to know what was really going on as it became too horrible to face? or the influence of this cabal's lobbyists made it easier not to ask and real audits of what they were doing and over sights by Congress who did not ask them what was gong on was too easy to forget as they sent 'blank checks' to them and no one seemed to want to know what was going on as congress became less popular with the people because THE GOVERNMENT WAS NOT WORKING AS THE REAL GOVERNMENT WAS NOT GOVERNING..
Then their influence over came any actions of the official government's policies as processes got turned over to these unaccountable government contractors who had a for profit motive. MANY TIMES UPHOLDING THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ALL IS NOT SO COST EFFECTIVE WHEN DUE PROCESS RIGHTS AND EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES, AND JUDGES RULINGS ALTER WHAT THE PROCESS OR POLICY MUST BE.
We used to have a situation where the civil servant, on salary already would make the required changes and carry on with their duties submitting to the authority of the government of by and for the people. NOW WE HAVE GOVERNEMENT CONTRACTORS WHO DO NOT SUBMIT TO ANY AUTHORITY BUT THEMSELVES..
The government contractor has to renegotiate costs and contracts at every turn nd when one tries to every change in to a cyber system its does not always work well as it did to just create another paper file and add another decision about some issue in to a list to be checked to see if it applied to the other cases. one worked on.
COMES THE CLOUD
Where all the data will be stored together and those that need it can access it. WILL THAT BRING US BACK TO MORE RIGHTS FOR ALL? or will it be misused by those government contractors who have the access to the records of all the data and no controls by the government of what they do with it.
In recent decades misuses , abuses and blatant thefts have been carried out and there is no longer any law enforcement anymore to stop it and the people suffer and so does the nation AND SO DO I AND MY FAMILY IS BADLY AFFECTED TOO. .
So while new laws for additional rights for veterans is a noble thing to bring up and should be voted on, what good is it if none of us have our basic constitutional rights anymore inclining those who would benefits from a new law, if its carried out constitutionally which we have no guarantees it will be.
My prayers go out to all those broken in mind and body today Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus taught many wisdom's in HIS teachings and 0ur Bill of Rights, which I wrote on over a year ago one by one in these Daily Recaps comes directly from those teachings. But Christ said HE came to fulfill the law. and much of what he taught is general wisdom of humanity itself that we often forget to follow and then get ourselves in to terrible trouble.
Not unlike where we are on many issues including not addressing those who trespass in to the USA uninvited and we do not deal with why they are here or whether our laws re fail and just in dealing with those who have come. THEN WHEN WE REACH A CRISIS STAGE, THE STATES NOW BEG THE COURTS TO INTERCEDE. WHEN CONGRESS SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE PEOPLE'S BUSINESS A LONG TIME AGO AS THE AMNESTY BILL OF THE 80'S TOOK CARE OF THE PAST PROBLEMS AND DID NOT REALLY TAKE CARE OF THE FUTURE SITUATION.
This is not post WWI AND WE ARE NO LONGER A NEW NATION WHERE PEOPLE ALL OER THE WORLD GOT ON A SHIP AND CAME AND BECAME PART OF AS HAD OCCURRED BY 1922. When we said as a nation: if you are here before 1922 then you are a citizen by proof of presence in the USA. But in the future we will have a legal process as to who can come and who can stay and who gets the full rights of citizenship starting with the right to vote and be part of the ruler ship of the nation. DO WE WANT THE COURTS TO MAKE THE LAWS CONGRESS WILL NOT, AND MOST DO NOT WANT SUCH POWER TO BE TAKEN BY THE PRESIDENT?
Time to realize that something has to be done as not all that have trespassed in to the USA are here for a better life. Some are real criminals who need to face the legal systems in their own nations and other have declared war against us and are here to wage it in the USA against us. We have to accept the responsibility for not taking any needed action for thirty years to close the borders and pass laws that reflect better whom we need to have come to help us out in this nation.
Personally, I think those coming for work should be hired in country of origin and all paper work, transportation, etc. and first 90 days of lodging be taken care of humanely (oversight needed) by the employer hiring them to stop exploitations that have gone on way to long and created an underclass among us of good people living in the shadows and that is an inhumanity in itself. Then we need to amend all trade agreements so that exploitations of people do not occur in any nation that has entered into the agreements.
This is something brought up when NAFTA was signed by Pres Clinton and the human rights issues badly ignored and all of us have suffered for it.
Prayers for full cooperation among those we elected and all register and vote in all elections and be a part of the solution.
The cold rain has stopped and the Sun has come out and will Mr. Ground Hog see his shadow tomorrow?
