Yesterday, Am Doyle took over one of the heavier liquid oxygen tanks that does wok but not much liter flow. Our gas company will not be open Friday and I still had half a thank of oxygen in the one I am using which is getting weaker but can open it more to get a 2 liter flow.
I am using two cannula's in my nose now from each to get enough. And this should suffice until the better one is empty and can get it refilled.
Before we spent money on filling the tank, I called the medical supply place that seemed to be willing to work with me and at least get 21 green bottles a week with some sort of waiver for the area from HHS which can occur if a state law conflict with federal causing potential loss of life., etc.
I got the person on the phone and he began to be very upset with me. Almost mad at me, that I did not know that our gas company was sold to the Japanese Mitsubishi corporation, etc. this year. HE THEN INSISTED THAT I SHOULD DROWN TO DEATH IN MY OWN FLUID. BY INSISTING I DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY MEDICAL CONDITION AND NEITHER DID ALL THE MANY DOCTORS OVER THE YRS AND NEITHER DID ANY OF THE THREE HEALTH PLANS INCLUDING FEDERAL WORKERS COM, FED BLUES AND EVEN MEDICARE WHICH ALL THREE HAVE ME APPROVED FOR LIFE FOR THE LIQUID OXYGEN AS THE CONCENTRATORS ARE LIFE THREATENING AND THIS IS WHAT HE WAS TRYING TO CONVINCE ME I GET.
I SPOKE TO SEVERAL VARIOUS GAS COMPANIES THAT HAVE MEDICAL OXYGEN THEY SUPPLY FOR OTHER THAN PATIENTS DIRECT AND THEY ALL RECOGNIZED THAT THE CONCENTRATORS ARE NOT RIGHT FOR MANY PATIENTS. LIFE THREATENING IN FACT. FOR THOSE WHO CAN USE THEM, YOU ARE NOT IN THIS STRUGGLE AS MANY OF US ARE. COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS TOMORROW FOR THAT,.
I HAVE CHEMICALLY INDUCED PNEUMONITIS AND THE LOW LEVEL EMISSIONS ONE INHALES COMING THROUGH THE TUBING OFF THE OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR IS ENOUGH TO QUICKLY CAUSE SEVERE INFLAMMATION AND THAT FOLLOWS WITH FLUID ON THE LUNGS AND I WOULD DIE SOONER FROM THAT THAN TO LAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS AS MY BODY SUFFOCATED TO DEATH AND HEART, KIDNEYS, ETC, FAILED.
I have no intention of giving up and will go to the hospitals daily to get a couple of hours of oxygen and stabilize my vitals, until the next day. An EKG, alone would warrant the medical need to be in the ER, and I have a recent medical thallium stress test that said my EKG was abnormal before the test began and I was on oxygen.
One of the local hospitals who get their oxygen from the same gas company also supplies a patient with a Green bottle of oxygen when they leave the hospital. That would be another 6 hours of life and more if one cut down the liter flow and did not speak or exert. Eventually the bills would rise to the level something would have to occur to convince Rhema or Lincare to take me back as a patients But now only Lincare has a supply of oxygen to come as their owner Lindegas of Germany own the other local gas company they use. . I know them in the local office and they have been very professional over the years. Its not them denying life, but their corporate bosses in Germany
Locally they do not understand what is going on either I with such credentials of approval by three health plans is in a 'LET HER DIE ' situation. Real evil is at work here to say who lives and who dies when one has not been convicted in a court of law of any capital crime.,
So options are available in hopes that somehow some kind of persuasion and ; or legal action could go forward to force one of the two oxygen suppliers in the area Lincare or Rhema to reconsider their denial of services to me. Rhema may not be here either much longer as they now have no source of oxygen nearby either,
Rhema had me for couple of months in 2006 and said that they could not get a release from Lincare, as Lincare held my Federal workers comp contract on me. Lincare will not come to OK now, except for established companies and they dropped me in 2006 as Affiliated Computer Services which took total control in 2002 of the Us Dept of Labor's rights to do anything for us injured workers. as whose CEO Lynn Blodgett will not permit them to send in a claims and they are contracted with him and he is boss to them of what they do .And the claims I filed to protect all the filing dates are still unprocessed and not acknowledge ever being received. 'LET HER DIE' IS THE STANDING ORDER" In my case, being carried out by foreign entities, if that is not an over throw of the US govt , what is?
I have written more here of the end time death panel in more details since 11/19/14 when We were informed by the gas company that the FDA was doing this to them as that is what the local manger had been told. by his superiors and I began to try and find out why and what rule etc. as you have the on going reports of trying to find out who or what is ending the right to breathe by the patients who have already been forced to go direct to the manufacturer to get tanks filled and pay direct then file for reimbursement if their health plan or insurer might pay some as Fed Blues has. Fed workers comp has done so in the past at times. Medicare makes you have a supplier. and will not and that is under appeal for 5 years and CEO Blodgett will not let it come before a Medicare judge in Miami . as he has control of hearing files in multiple agencies also. The supplier I had after Rhea in 2006 and until Medicare rules forced all small suppliers out of the liquid oxygen business due to a regulation that seems designed to get rid of them for the bigger companies to take over was fully paid by Medicare and Blues.
But it took time to go through the process of billing workers comp first and waiting to this day and then on to Blues to finally to Medicare which than asked for the money back from Workers co,p and was ignored by ACS who got the requests as they ignored the owns for all the other medical bills that sent through and got paid as they were not under the oxygen security lock for workers comp bill to save life and now can end it due to an unaccountable contractor in charge. That led to the M0-09-1406 ruling that affirmed the Medicare approval for liquid home oxygen for life for me before the Judges said they could not enforce the laws against ACS as all were bound by a 1994 executive order until Congress acted.
Congress did act passing HR 1063 signed into law 1/11/13 but HHS has not helped me , yet,. THERE IS NO LEGAL OR OTHER REASON LINCARE IS NOT FULLY PAID AND TIMELY AND BRINGS OXYGEN SO I DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE ANY CONCERN FOR THE RIGHT TO BREATHE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. JUST AS THEY DO OTHER PATIENTS. WHY IS MY LIFE NOT WORTHY? ALL LIVES ARE.
,So far the appellate Judges have not let him near any of their files and one can reconstruct the files for their rulings but then they get sent back to him to post and disappear along with the judges; rulings and orders so no one in the agency who needs to work on my case and obey the orders has any clue what is going on except what CEO Blodgett has told them verbally and lied as the written and verbal reports have stated. to me. BIG FAT LIE to say that there is nothing to do on my case and they have acted on his verbal words without ever having the file which has been shredded? twice or any judges orders to have to follow.
I can show them to them, but they have to go to ACS to post in a certain format to work the case, That has been blocked this year as Celerian Group who now processes the claims for Oxygen for Medicare , in my area, will not respond to my claims filings to even give the legal answer that Medicare will only pay a supplier/ Blues has been using this year to not pay on my claims to them for the monies paid to the gas company as they say the want this first before paying anything. The law is clear that the patient can attach the bills to a form 1490 and send them in And the first set resulted in a summary notice saying they needed a supplier to send in the claim and that was appealed. ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO LET A PATIENT DIE AND NOT BEND THE RULES AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO SAVE LIFE. ITS ALSO PART OF THE US CODE. Medicare ruled on M09-1406 that the US GOVT COULD NOT ENFORCE ITS OWN LAWS AND THE PATIENTS MUST DO IT FOR THE GOVT AGAINST AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL.
The passage of HR 1063 changes that back to the patient just has to cooperate and the govt takes the responsibility again for the first time since 1994. No attorney can be afforded to take such a case for a few million or less. And I was facing having to go to court pro se up against a giant without the legal know how to do so. I did not have the 5 stones and sling shot expertise as King David did thousands of years ago. when he faced Goliath to stop the slaughter of people. and too many already had died.
The claims cannot be filed with MEDICARE for almost a year as first workers comp, then blues and them Medicare are billed to pay as a conditional payment and ask for the money back from CEO Blodgett. who then ordered the recovery contractor Emblem Health International that he did not wish to pay and to destroy all recovery letters and files against the Us Dept of Labor sent to ACS which no one at the US Dept of Labor has ever officially had., to respond. over the years.

The recovery unit people did not even know until they obeyed his illegal order that the letters ad files they destroyed was done under his orders and was not coming from any US Dept of Labor official but from this person who does not want me to live or get the oxygen to breathe and now has got or soon getting control of every one's workers comp in the USA and deaths have already been reported as suppliers do not have to serve and wait a year for payment when they are providing service 24/7 to patents.

So, yesterday, Doyle takes a tank over and comes home And we had sent a tank that was not working at all and had forgotten about that one and Doyle came back for the other one that works some .and can safely be filled. and that the local manager was now being told that as 1/1/2015 they will not provide medical oxygen to any one, not even the hospitals, nursing homes nor even RHEMA WHO DENIED ME THE RIGHT TO BREATHE IS NOW BEING DENIED THE RIGHT TO HAVE OXYGEN TO PROVIDE THEIR LIQUID OXYGEN PATIENTS,. I HAD TALKED TO A MAN THIS MORNING FACING BANKRUPTCY UNLESS HE COULD GET EVERY SWITCHED TO CONCENTRATORS. THOSE WHO CAN TOLERATE THEM ALREADY ARE ON THEM AS FDA HAS PUSHED FOR ALL TO USE THEM IGNORING THOSE LIKE ME WHO FIND THEM LIFE ENDING.
For a number of us in the USA that is MEDICAL DEATH. Apparently he had found out first.
WHERE WILL A PATIENT IN A HOSPITAL GET A THERAPEUTIC DOSE OF OXYGEN NOW? WILL HOSPITALS BE FILLED WITH OZONE EMITTING AND FUMING CONCENTRATORS AND HOW MANY DIE OR BADLY INJURED AS A RESULT? Can't any one understand the mind of evil and know what they can do next? And that service of leaving that hospital with a 6 hour bottle of oxygen is ending too.? I am not convinced that those concentrators are good medical care for any one, but who am to say? I talked to several who work in gas companies who had relatives on liquid oxygen and they are in full agreement with that assertion.

And if all have to negotiate with them for new contracts, one can imagine the price gouging that can occur and since this is medical use, are all govt health plans and insurers going to raise reimbursement rates to keep all out of bankruptcy? AND we need to boy one reconditioned tank certified as safe to have three going.
HOPE IS THERE BUT LIFE CAN END IN THE USA WITH THE FLICK OF A PEN BY SOMEONE IN JAPAN NOW WHO MAY NOT KNOW HOW MANY OF US DEPEND ON THE FOR LIFE. Personally, I think that once a convicted felon leaves prison, they should have this citizenship right reinstated . An since many 16 year olds have no benefits given for their care under many govt programs anymore, they should have the right too as society has said they are now having to grow up fast to support themselves and many 16 year olds in his nation are working and supporting themselves and helping support their families. AND THE ONLY REASON ITS NOT BEEN DONE IS THAT HHS NOR THE US DEPT OF LABOR DOES NOT SUPPORT THEIR OWN JUDGES AND SEE ITS DONE AS THEY HAVE HANDED OVER AUTHORITY TO PARTNERS NOT SUBMITTING TO THE LAW AND CEO BLODGETT GIVES THE VERBAL ORDERS AS TO WHAT TO DO TO THEM, AND NO ONE IN CONGRESS EVER ASKS WHAT IS GOING ON OF HIM ?
TEARS OF JOY AND OF SADNESS
I had tears of joy he last couple of days as citizens took to the streets in peaceful protests and wanting the rights of all to be had. Michael Brown should not have died no matter what his guilt or innocent etc. .IT WAS UNNECESSARY AND THE SYSTEM LET HIM AND ALL OF US DOWN. ANY ONE OF US COULD BE ARRESTED AND IF WE REACT UN PEACEFULLY, THEN THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE IN PLACE SO A GUN IS NOT THE ANSWER. A SECOND COP OR AUXILIARY OFFICER COULD HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR IS ONE SOLUTION. ANOTHER IS ALL THE CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUES THAT I HAVE NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AND SO MANY OTHERS IN THIS NATION NEEDS TO HAVE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS DONE TO PREVENT. Michael Brown's guilt or innocence was never presented in a court where he met his accusers and could present his side. WE ALL SUPPOSED TO HAVE THAT RIGHT. .
SO AS THE PEACEFUL DEMOBSTRATIONS WENT ON MY CRIED TEARS OF JOY THAT THE PEOPLE HAVE FINALLY STOOD UP AND TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR RULING THIS LAND. AND IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER AND VOTE NI ALL ELECTIONS YOU MAKE A MOCKERY OF OUR RIGHT TO PEACEFULLY ASSEMBLE AND PROTEST.
BUT A FEW HAVE TRIED TO RUIN ALL THE GOOD EFFORTS OF SO MANY AND RESORTED TO ACTS OF VIOLENCE AND CRIMES OF VANDALISM. THOSE CARS BEING DESTROYED AND BUSINESSES DESTROYED ARE THE HARD WORK OF OUR FELLOW CITIZENS AND THOSE AMONG US WHO HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION. YOU MOCK THE GOOD EFFORTS OF WHAT MANY ARE DOING TO MAKE THINGS BETTER FOR ALL.
IF MICHAL BROWN HAS THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND JUSTICE PREVAIL FOR HIM, THEN EACH OF US DO TO. WE ALL DO NOT HAVE THAT RIGHT NOW,. THOSE NEVER ARRESTED FOR ANYTHING LIKE ME AS WELL AS ONE ARRESTED AND MIGHT LATER FOUND GUILTY OF SOMETHING. HE WOULD HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR. HE STILL HAS NOT HAD HIS DAY IN ANY OPEN COURT.
And thanks to those like Oath Keepers who are willing to help out in a responsible way to prevent more wrongs to occur as most want to peacefully protest and demand that some kind of forum in an open court be done and all the issues that affect all of a us are addressed, Officer Wilson may not have been charged with any criminal wrong but what led to him pulling his gun has not resulted in a complete vindication for him, or justice to be had for any and all part of this.,
HAPPY THANKSGIVING AND PRAY OR THINK GOOD THOUGHTS FOR OUR BLESSINGS AND FOR THAT ALL THE WORK WE HAVE TO DO FOR ALL OF US TO HAVE THE RIGHT OF LIFE AND LIBERTY AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS .
We are all His children and He loves each and every one of us. May each of us give HIM TEARS OF JOY FOR OUR FREE WILL ACTIONS AND NOT TEARS OF SADNESS AS WE MISBEHAVE AND CAUSE HARM FOR OURSELVES AND FOR OTHERS.
May we be guided to make the good choices and avoid the temptations to make the bad ones .May we over come the wrong ones of the past so they are never repeated.
