Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 11/19/14: FDA DEATH PANEL ENDS LIFE 1/1/2015:PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS This is a link to my post from yesterday that my life may end at the hands of FDA on 1/1/15.
Today I called the FDA and spoke to some helpful persons who seemed to know the law and rules with regard to oxygen manufacturers selling direct to the patient. THEY KNEW OF NO REGULATION OR RULE FROM THEM. There are compliance issues and audits and inspections that are done and a couple of years ago, my gas company that has kept me alive since 1/08 when small liquid oxygen suppliers were forced out of business by Medicare, did have an inspection and there was one issue, but they say no indication of prohibition or such after that and they will still provide to suppliers and the hospital with oxygen. So that issue was resolved.
Several are going to check further as many patients through out Texas will be affected and nationwide if this is true. The local manager had been told by his headquarters it was the FDA not the state of Texas. its why I have to get the actual rules and full information to stop all the misinformation that constantly goes on and causes real life and death problems as govt is so complicated and many inside it have not been trained to know or where to even get the information any more as so much is contracted out and no one is in change of much of anything anymore.
Then some one decides to 'bluff ' there way through and the misinformation gets passed around and the lie seems to be the truth is so many only know that. As my seminary professors always said: go read the original documents when debates occur about what some biblical passage or thinking by some scholar of old meant. Surprising is how some can quote the Bible or others quote from their faith books and have not gone and read the whole in context about the matter.
When I repeated the phrases used by the local manger at the gas company, The FDA official said it sounded like the State of Texas was doing this. most gas companies in the USA are either owned by Lindegas out of Germany or they are trying to buy them. and some real bad things are going on to monopolize each and every ones right to breathe in this world. WHER HAS THE SEC BEEN TO STOP SUCH MONOPOLIES IN THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY? THAT AFFECTS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US OF THE BASSIC HUMAN RIGHT OF LIFE AND HEALTH.
We have no gas company that sells direct to patients nearby in OK Tulsa and OKC are a couple of hundred miles from here. We go into Texas.
So calls were made to Texas officials and they are checking. If this is the CEO Lynn Blodgett controlled Texas health Dept. doing this then we all know what to expect as he has refused to input 14 years of oxygen claims of mine because THEY WOULD BE PAID. AND HE IS TO LET ME DIE IS THE WITNESSED ORDER BY SEVERAL HIGH LEVEL PARTIES. who repeated this over the years.
One person in Texas said it might have been a Texas law passed by the state legislature and will find out. If so, then Medicare might be able to make accommodation and change some rules in a this region to make it easier for suppliers to provide liquid oxygen. in some way and maybe allow patients to pick up and deliver tanks, etc. There are provisions in Federal laws to allow this to occur in some ways.
Why didn't any one ask me to help lobby the state of Texas if this is so? This is just one of the problems in general with health care only being in one state or another. Geography often causes one to go across state lines for medical care. Its why I have kept my high option Federal Blue Cross Blues Shield when if all of this could be settled with workers comp and I could legally retire, we could get some less costly plan that only supplements Medicare. But I continue to pay $450 a month for my self and family and the taxpayer pays another 3/4th of the premiums and bills are still getting dumped onto Medicare illegally by the govt partners who are not subject to the laws of the land anymore.
Later in the day one of Doyle's doctors called and the staff person got rather unpleasant toward me and said I had no idea what I was talking about of Doyle having Blues that verifies the illegal mess still going on at Emblem Health International to facilitate the theft of Medicare .
THE DELETIEON OF EVERY ONES PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN OFF THE COMMON WORKING FILE GOES ON SO MEDICARE CAN BE STOLEN TO BAIL OUT THE ENTIRE? HEALTH INSURANCE INDUSTRY, SOMETHING CONGRESS DID NOT PASS AND NO EXECUTIVE ORDER FROM ANY PRESIDENT WAS SIGNED FOR THAT EITHER.?
THE FIRST STEP FOR SURVIVAL IS TO FIND OUT WHAT RULES OR LAWS ARE IN EFFECT AS CHANGING ANY OF THOSE WOULD BE WELL PAST 1/1/15
But it would back up any legal attempt to get a supplier for liquid oxygen if there is no way to survive without one. Unlike a hospital which is not allowed to refuse service, a supplier can , even if approved for life by three health plan as I am. But Medicare says its workers comp bill and they have to be billed first and it will never be processed and the rules are a 4 month wait to go on to the next plan and finally to Medicare who can then ask for a refund and HR 1063 enforcement to make CEO Lynn Blodgett of afifliltd coputer services and his over a hnderd interliced conpannies that runs helath care in the usa to input those 4 years of claims and then all my medical bills would be paid by Federal workers comp as they were before. since 1/10/89 when injred and when the covergage begins. but much is still unprocessed in that file that has bben desotryed and disappeared and jduges say he is to use my reocords to reocntrsct an dpost and process and he ignores the jduges.,. But the process could take over a year as it did before . But at least we know now the process. Before in 2006, whe ALL ABout Mobioity took over, even the officials at Medicare had no idea what the process was. IGNORANCE OR INTENT? CAUSES DEATH PANELS.Hard to know sometimes which is occurring with some people. If one does not know, go do your jobs and find out as some did offer to do today.
IGNORNANCE CAN CREATE REAL DEATH PANELS IN ITSELF.
I then called one of the suppliers that my gas company supplies to. And I am aware they have a respiratory tech on duty as thy are also a home health agency which is a Medicare requirement to sell liquid oxygen.. They do not sell liquid oxygen , but do sell the green bottles of compressed air which is liquid oxygen that is less concentrated. Its expensive , but maybe the case could be made to get 21 of those paid for a week.
The cost for us would be prohibitive. But with a supplier maybe if all the rules and laws are well laid out we can make the case of survival and regional modifications.. One call to HHS in Dallas ended with phone messages left. We do have a new rRegional person in charage now as we had no one but another reigional officer over two regions and that has not workded out well as anyone who reads this blog knows
The suppler manger is going to do some checking on what is gong on. We are willing to pick up an deliver empty tanks so maybe this company could get certified by Medicare for liquid oxygen. by 1/1/15 and I would willing to pay them what we are paying the gas company per liquid oxygen 51 liter tank as long as they go through the cumbersome process to eventually get Medicare to pay and then they can force compliance with Federal workers comp as the new law requires to get a refund.
THE PROCESS IS UNDERWAY TO NEGOTIATE SOMETHING AND MAKE EVERYTHING AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE TO EVERY ONE INVOLVED; SOMETHING CMS AND FDA AND STATE OF TX HAS NOT YET DONE AND TIME IS RUNNING OUT.
It was pleasant to speak to a company that only sells concentrators who did understand that some, like me can not tolerate them.
I pray to YAHUSHA WHOM WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS TO OPEN THE HEARTS OF ALL THAT CAN DO SOMETHING TO HELP WORK SOMETHING OUT IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS.
And they did understand how when has pulmonary hypertension that one can be 98% oxygen saturation on oxygen but off of it ones goes to 0% and dies within days, And I have seem my pulmonologist recently, so a doctor seen in the last 30 days. requirement would be met. he seemed one that I could work with for the many years, I plan on living yet.
Medicare has sent out many press releases over the last couple of years, that when on is approved for life by them, no further testing is needed. To get that low saturation rate means inducing organ and a type of heart failure and each time, I have nor fully recovered back to where I was before.
IN THIS GOVT WE HAVE GOOD AND BAD MIXED TOGETHER JUST AS THE FEET OF CLAY AND IRON IN DANIELS PROPHETIC STATUE. IN THE OLD TESTAMENT OF THE BIBLE.?
I do not know if the current system fulfills that part of the prophetic statute, but all over the world we have most who care for one another and a few that are causing great harm to all and the entire world is almost totally under one system of an international cabal as we struggle in nations for govts to cooperate for peace and they are infiltrated and over thrown by this cabal internally.
For those of other faiths or of no faith. Please do pray or think good thoughts that things can be worked out for me and any one else caught in some changes being made that some one in charge did not know or did not care would affect so many lives and could end life for them.

The disconnect is a goal to be getting all oxygen patients with a supplier, but the process of them getting paid timely is messed up by the international cabal trying to end all workers comp and blatantly stealing the taxpayers money in the process by skims and scams. COMMONE SENSE IS ABSENT IN TOO MUCH OF ALL OF THIS.
Heaven only knows what this new Congress will do. The past ones got us in this mess over the last couple of decades and its time for every one to register and vote in all elections. to show that we want to rule this nation. Even if we vote for different persons, it the act of showing up and making our presence known. 2/3 let the rest of us down and who is in power affect the basic human rights of each and every one of us. Those elected do not know we all wish to have a say about our rights.
Pray for us Justice for all throughout the world. In Nigeria where Christians are being martyred for their Faith, in Ferguson , Missouri where the slow wheels of justice proceed to hopefully some form of just conclusion and all the facts become known, and in my area as I face certain death in a few weeks and others already have lost the battle in real death panels that do exist and never should be allowed to occur. I should never have been medically abandoned by Affiliated Computer Services and there Current CEO, either. But when there is no police to bring any one to the FEET OS JUSTICE, then the govt has been overthrown. WE HAVE ALMOST LET THIS HAPPEN TOTALLY IN THE USA.
In the spirit of Martin Luther King Jr let the demonstrations for justice be peaceful, so that all can express their concerns when justice seems not to have occurred. TRUTH AND ALL THE FACTS ARE NEEDED AROUND THE WORLD AND ITS TIME FOR SECRET DEALS AND UNDERHANDED TACTICS AND COVER UPS TO END.
