(The first step to stop this is to get a copy of the new rules themselves. and that is not easy to find.)
When our son went to pick up the liquid oxygen tank from the gas company that still fills tanks for patients. he was given some awful news.
As of 1/1/2015 the FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION WILL NOT PERMIT ANY MANUFACTURER OF LIQUID OR COMPRESSED OXYGEN TO FILL A TANK FOR A PATIENT. I have yet to locate this new rule or regulation and the local manger is going to try and find out more. Lindegas from Germany almost has a monopoly in the USA and are buying up gas companies and have not sold to a patients for some time. This will also include those needed the green tanks to use when not at home when they have the older kind of concentrator that does not fill bottles. THIS WILL AFFECT MANY . I am not aware of any law being passed that those approved for life by some health plan cannot be denied service by a supplier either. When Medicare allowed a monopoly supplier in an area through competitive bid and did away with the small companies that would just exchange filled liquid oxygen tanks and cheaper than the large companies. That left many of us going to the gas companies directly. since 1/08. now that opinion of life is gone?
FDA IS PASSING ALL KINDS Of SECRET RULES AND HOW CAN THEY DO THIS. hen lives are at stake?
ALL PATIENTS WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH A SUPPLIER OR CERTIFIED MEDICAL SOURCE LIKE A HOSPITAL?
Unless the only liquid oxygen supplier in this area agrees to take me as a patient and work out some sort of deal that they will bill and let us pay part or let us pick up a filled tank or something until they go through the process of over a year as the primary payers get billed first and then dumped onto Medicare. as occurred before when we figured out what was going on and finally Medicare paid and then asked ACS to refund and CEO Blodgett said he would not. and no one questioned his verbal orders to not ask for any refund to Medicare. and not to bother him again? over the law, judges or govt contract terms as his word is the law now? ' WE DO HAVE TO HAVE ASSURANCE THE FILING OF CLAIMS PROCESS WILL GO ON AS IT DOD NOT OCCUR BEFORE. SO I DIE AND SO DOES ANY ONE ELSE WHO SUFFERS FROM A NEED FOR LIQUID OXYGEN LIKE ME.
The concentrators do not give a therapeutic dose and the ozone from the ionizing causes life threatening inflammation for me and others whose need come from a toxic or chemical exposure.
CEO Lynn Blodgett has over 14 years of oxygen claims he will not process for federal workers compensation as they say they would be paid and they do not wish me to have the right to live the exact phrase was 'LET HER DIE". .And on Case M09-1406 appellate Medicare decision , Medicare affirmed I was approved for life by Medicare for liquid oxygen but the cost was federal workers compensation;s bill but until HR 1063 as passed Medicare as asking me to enforce the law against CEO Blodgett. Now the govt is to do it but has not done so for me or any other Federal employee that I am aware of. as they put me on it for life and its why I have permanent medical from them.
When Medicare whet to input the oxygen claims it rejected as the claim has to go to federal workers comp. If they did not have me approved for life, then the claim would have been dined at workers comp in a couple of week and Medicare could have paid in a couple of months at the most.
\THIS PROCESS IS A SECRET FROM MANY. BUT ITS IN THE SECURED COMPUTER SYSTEM TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW. MEDICARE IS NOT THE LEGAL PRIMARY PAYER FOR JOB INJURIES IN THIS COUNTRY. BUT SOON WILL BE ILLEGALLY FOR ALL IF THIS CONTINUES AND PATIENTS SURVIVE AT ALL.
BUT THE MALICIOUS AND ILLEGAL SYSTEM SET UP IS IT COULD TAKE A YEAR BEFORE MEDICARE CAN LEGALLY PROCESS THE CLAIMS AND PAY AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT. WORSE IS THAT THE SUPPLIERS ARE CONTRACTORS OF ACS AND THEY WOULD NOT LET THEM FILE ALTHOUGH MY SMALL COMPANY ALL ABOUT MOBILITY DID AND THEIR CLAIMS ROM 2006-1/08 HAVE YET TO BE PROCESSED. BUT THEY GOT FULLY PAID BY MEDICARE AND FEDERAL BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD WHICH IS A PRIMARY TOO, BUT NO ONE INFORMS THEM AS ACS lies to them as to whom is primary. EVERY ONES PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLANS ARE DELETED FROM THE COMMON WORKING FILE FOR ALL THOSE WHOSE PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLANS ARE ALSO DELETED SOON AFTER THE BI WEEKLY POSTINGS COME IN FROM EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYING AGENCY OR IN MY CASE FROM US DEPT OF LABOR.
This 1988 law, apparently also appears to apply to all state regulated works comp too and CEO Lynn Blodgett of Affiliated Computer Services set up another corporation earlier this year and insurance carriers and those self ensured employers will be contracted out to him also he has proven well he can obstruct and shred files and end WORKERS COMPENSATION FOR ANY ONE NI THE USA AS HE IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE LAWS OF THE LAND. OXYGEN PUTS ALL UNDER THE FEDS FOR EVEN THE STATE REGULATED PLANS? and DEATH PANELS START IN EARNEST IN THIS COUNTRY AND THE END OF WORK PLACE SAFETY WILL SURELY FOLLOW AS INJURY CASES ARE OFTEN THE WAY UNSAFE CONDITIONS GET EXPOSED AND CHANGES IN REGULATIONS FOLLOW.

I have tried everything possible to get some enforcement of the laws on this which state this should never have happened to me. or anyone else. Rhema is mad at me for why I do not know?Lincare dropped me when ACS said I had a million dollars to pay and have never got any monies for medical care like that. One govt official said he thought we were to have been issued ATM cards to use to pay and ACS would monitor the use was for medical care only. That sounds plausible, but I have never got one and no one else has either. And if this info is in my personnel file I have been unable to get a copy of it or find it since 2-002 either and am not the only injured Federal workers getting a run around about this?
. If an ATM card was issued several of us ?that info and amount of money through agencies through the federal reserve would be in the file, even if no one sent us a letter or card? No one at the federal workers comp office seems to know anything about this at all. But if the big monies were stolen, they would never have been told?.
And as awarded workers compensation at the ate levels ends with no benefits, you will surely see fewer attorneys to take the cases as they will not be able to get payments made for their clients or their fees aid either. s]something WELL KNOWN AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL SINCE ACS TOOK TOTAL CONTROL BACK IN 2002.
And in the case of myself and other older established complex cases, a type of 'set aside monies of a of fund for our medical care to be paid for DISAPPEARED IN A SUSPECTED EMBEZZLEMENT Ring and no one has been allowed to investigate to find out whey ACS CALL CENTER EMPLOYEES WERE SEEING THIS ON OUR INDIVIDUAL FILES AND TELLING MEDICAL SUPPLIERS AND PROVIDERS THAT WE HAD THE MONEY AND NONE OF US HAVE EVER SEEN ANY,
I HAVE TRIED RELENTLESSLY TO GET ANY ONE TO HELP AND NO ONE WILL. And why I have shared so much on line as a warning of what is coming to all and has arrived for too many who have died in this.
Congressman and senators seem to be helpless to help either as they are not dealing with any govt officials and THE OVER THROW OF THE GOVT HAS BECOME COMPLETED WHEN PEOPLE CAN BE MURDERED IN REAL DEATH PANELS AND THERE IS NO ONE IN THE GOVT TO ENFORCE LAWS AND DECISIONS THAT SAY ITS NOT TO OCCUR?
How bad does it have to get before all realize that they are personally affected, to or could be.

So tonight, I am faced with imminent death more certainly than at any time since 1/10/89 when I went to work at Social Security 9th floor 2 Journal Square Jersey city NJ Teleservice Center when we were HHS employees at the time and a toxic cloud enveloped me and I went on to become some sort of precedent national case on toxic and chemical exposures. and as such must be done away with so all others can be done away with too as we face a time of no job safety and no workers comp when badly injured either. The third party law suit the US Department o Labor required me to file to get workers comp is still pending in NJ state court waiting for the feds to figure out what the monetary damages are in the case and what the medical accepted conditions might all be. Granted its been pretty much sabotaged over the years, but it waits. for the taxpayer to be reimbursed should the govt wish to uphold the laws and stand up for the injured workers. THE FEDS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS IN THE FILE OR THE FACTS OF THE CASE AS CEO BLODGETT AND HAS REFUSED TO POST IT AS ORDERED BY THREE APPELLATE JUDGES WHO SAID TO DO SO FROM MY RECORDS AND ASK ME FOR THE FACTS OF THE CASE IN 2.09. MY PLEASE FOR OBEDIENCE HAS BEEN IGNORED AND CEO BLODGETT RAN AR0ND LYING THAT THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASE AND WITHHELD EVEN THAT FORM THEM. HE HAS NEVER ANSWERED MY LETTERS TO HIM EITHER. HE IS THE ULTIMATE LAW? AND WILL NOT ONE OXYGEN CLAIMS TO EVEN BE PROCESSED AS THEY ARE SURE IT WOULD BE PAID BY THE COMPUTER SYSTEM, AS IT SHOULD. EVEN APPROVED SUCH AS MY CASE..AND THE GOVT HEALTH PROGRAMS DO NOT COVER MUCH OF THE CARE NEEDED FOR TOXIC AND CHEMICAL INJURES.
EVEN TO THE POINT OF DISCRIMINATION AGAINST ALL OF THOSE WHO SUFFER FORM SUCH. AND STRUGGLE TO GET MEDICAL CARE
I will fight for the right to live up until my last breath. But this means no way to get that breath as the international cabal in charge has decided we should not have that right if there negligence injuries us in some way so that liquid or compressed oxygen is needed to sustain life. Which in the modern era can be sustained for decades on oxygen as my case has well proven.
IS IS TIME TO ASK FOR HELP FROM THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY WHEN ONES OWN NATION HAS BEEN OVERTHROWN AND THE CITIZENS NOT EVEN AWARE OF IT?
