I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus the US Senate will confirm a new AG who will uphold the US Constitution and put back in place an office where any one with evidence of criminal wrong doing against a high level agency official who can block any investigation of themselves still have a place to file at the US Justice Dept, The 1974 OIG law mandates a place at the US JUSTICE to be in charge when the criminal allegations are against a high level government official and to file. Or the complaint be sent if it gets to another entity first.
Its been a joke for decades and AG Holder had said he was going to clean house there when he first arrived.
One can not file with the OIG in the agency which most are a govt contractor on a high level official who has the authority to stop the investigation except when the highest official is known to be above reproach and those few who have allowed such recently have destroyed their own careers for doing the right thing, The few agencies that have seen prosecutions recently of high level officials is where the head OKs the investigation and an indictment came don at GSA recently. But the charges are nothing compared to the level going on in other areas of the govt and collusion going on with partners of the govt.
Its like ones house being robbed and there is no police to call. No one to report to right now.
OUR 'HOUSE' IS BEEN AND IS BEING ROBBED AND LIVES AT RISK and no one to tell.
I try to be fair and not get embroiled in sprouts by news media and other sources, allowing the system to proceed. I've been trying to get someone to pay attention to a broken system that has not worked for us for a long time. And real reform needed. I thought AG HOLDER was going to do this as he said he was and he did not. He never answered my letter asking for justice for three dead at the hands of other in 3/61 at the hands of others in the racist attack on the parents of President Obama and him unborn that left his real dad (every one knew) who was able to fight back as his mother was able to get away and run for help.

Birthers need to be ashamed of themselves as you have no idea of the real injustice that began in Topeka Ks where he was born later on. Not liking his character or politics is legitimate, but issues of eligibility never were and you made millions off of inflaming the public over a non issue while our govt was being over thrown by an international cabal inside and still is. and should be the real campaigns issues through several elections in the last 30 years. I make no money from my eyewitness sharing. I do want the right of life and what the law and judges say I should have. We live a modest life style and felonies should not be allowed to continue to occur. Life , liberty and happiness(property rights) have all been jeopardized as the systems we have in place to answer these for all have not and are not being upheld.
An attorney general has to be one beyond reproach ethically and has to have the common sense to have a legal system in place, even if not the best and does need reform. He or she must have the courage to stand up to evil and injustice also as our laws are written to stop and bring to justice those who have committed the wrongs. If you were and are being ordered to cover up crimes you have a moral obligation to this nation to speak out. YOU ARE THE ULTIMATE WHISTLE BLOWER IF SUCH HAS AND IS OCCURRING. Other wise, I pray you be replaced by one who will as our lives and livelihoods and nation depend on it.
THE GOOD NEWS? I took the first pill of a very expensive medication this AM to replace the one that apparently no regulation but some kind of waiver was done to not have to put alcohol on the label so any one with an adverse reaction to it or even religious reasons would not take it.
There was a ruction, like when one takes a mentholated cough drop or even cayenne pepper. But so far no adverse reaction, I am aware of.
My kidneys still hurt and am weak and in the middle of the ordeal my blood pressure did fall in to dangerously low levels. If this had been on the label, it would not have been taken.
Somehow this medication needs to have a reaction in the body to work. Like a fizz or heat reaction. or trigger? And this means one has to know the agent being used if one has adverse reactions as I do. to certain agents.
Got a interim bill from one doctor's service to day and it was a breathe of fresh air for the out come was the bill sent in to the recovery unit as a conditional payment so the process can proceed, as they had gone by the altered common working file where any ones employer group health plan is deleted soon after it posts from agencies and employers so ones medical provider is tricked into committing Medicare fraud and them the company that owns the system under ACS orders can fine and assess penalties against our good ethical medical providers that are there for all of us every day and do the best they can for us in very horrendous times to be sick and ones medical professional trying to care for us.
I called and she sent it into the Recovery/Coordination center ,, which is a govt contract by Emblem Health International and the ones altering and tricking..... and facilitating the theft of MEDICARE.
Patients get over paid and so far SSA has not processed one single request for waiver form SSA 632 sine 2005n when they agreed to do so for Medicare, Its where one does not give any personal financial info as its one '"against equity and good conscience"/
No one who has a Medicare e card may even know if their id and claims were stolen and paid in their names or the system hacked into and altered for Medicare to pay when its not Medicare's primary bill.
MEDICARE HAS A GENEROUS SAFETY NET WHERE IT CAN BE LEGALLY BILLED AS LONG AS IT IS LABELED AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND A REFERRAL TO THE RECOVERY UNIT MADE.
HR 1063 signed into law 1/11/13 now makes it the govt's responsibility to handle this and make everyone legally behave. Then the patient and the medical provider are OK. The only action might be additional payments due as Medicare pays less to a doctor, etc. than our insurance.
IF 50 million MEDICARE CARD HOLDERS WOULD DOWN LOAD FORM SSA 632 AND FILL OUT NAME AND CLAIM NUMBER, etc AND WROTE ONE SENTENCE; WAIVE ANY AND ALL OVER PAYMENTS AS BEING AGAINST EQUITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE AND SEND IT IN TO ONE LOCAL SSA OFFICE, I THINK THE GOVT MIGHT WAKE UP AND DO ITS JOB AND SHUT DOWN THIS 'ORGANIZED CRIME RING?'
I got the Medicare judges rulings that the posting is accurate. for the US Dept of Labor and other things done to get anyone to get this ended as it seems we have been the only ones investigating since 2002 when the Blues franchise changed in out area. Or did they have to turn over authority to ACS at the local level? We have no right to know any more whom one is employed by when dealing with our most personal and private info that affects every one of us so much. Lives and livelihoods directly affected. The conditional payment law has not been enforced since 1994. And none of this major issues addressed yet either.
OTHER INFO ARRIVED AND IT SEEMS TO BE AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT ACS MAY HAVE SHREDDED MY PERSONNEL FILE AT SOCIAL SECURITY INCLUDING OUR SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH THEM, MY EMPLOYER. They don't seem to have much of anything not even their copies of the last 6 US Dept of labor judges orders and so somewhere inside games are still being played with the lives of us 90 on duty on 1/10/89. when a toxic cloud enveloped us while at work for HHS as SSA was a part of them then. and we were blacklisted before we got to hospitals and doctors, And only I , as have been told by OSHA was the only one not turned away initially from the hospitals due to a mix up as to whom I worked for and got the tests and diagnosis run and was near death and being prepared or remission then when the mix up got corrected by filling out the toxic exposure report for the NJ health dept, I was sent home to die as HHS employees have no right of life or right for medical care.
And its all been told before, here as rushed back and finally went completely under for 8 days due to delays due to OFFICIAL CRIMES COMMITTED BY HIGH LEVEL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. The path to 9/11/01 began in our office in many ways.
WE NEED OUR GOVT TO WORK FOR US AND WE ARE PAYING OUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FOR THIS TO BE DONE BY THOSE WE HAVE ASKED TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS. PLEASE TAKE CARE! AND STOP RETALIATING AGAINST ONE LIKE ME WHO IS ONLY ASKING FOR LIFE TO BE HELD AS PRECIOUS FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US.
So prayers for the Acting Commissioner of SSA who is up for confirmation this Fall by the US Senate. that justice and fairness might finally be carried out.
They all have a lot of crucial work to do and they need our prayers to uphold the constitutional mandate "FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION."
No matter the party or if independent, these issues of thefts of the public monies and our basic rights of life affect everyone.
AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN AN ENTIRE WEEK AND STILL NOT BE ABLE TO KNOW WHY SANDOZ SAYS THEY HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE FDA NOT TO PUT ETHANOL ALCOHOL ON A LABEL OF A PRESCRIPTION DRUG. I have had phones slammed in my ear and even laughed at today as if being badly harmed was a joke. FDA HAS NOT SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT SAFETY OF THE PEOPLE TO EVEN KNOW TO PROTECT THEMSELVES FROM PHYSICAL HARM And in this case, has blatantly discriminated, also, against those who have sincere religious prohibitions against the ingestion of alcohol. I join then as according to my faith book, the Bible, my body is a temple of our Divine Creator and I am to take care of it to glorify HIM. I can not do so when the FDA, as alleged, causes injury. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION OF THE WORSE KIND AND RALPH ROUSE THE REGIONAL MANAGER OF THE DALLAS OFFICE OF CIVIL RIGHTS HAS MULTIPLE CIVIL RIGHTS CIVIL RIGHTS THAT ADDRESSES THESE ONGOING ISSUES WITH THE FDA AND HE HAS NOT PERMITTED ONE TO BE DECIDED IN AND ANSWERED SINCE 1/08. These would have officially brought the issues to attention and at least labelling done. A couple of personal injury attorneys did tell me that if the FDA approved no labelling there is no case that way, Civil rights would be the right venue.
MONEY IS NOT THE OBJECTIVE HERE, AS ONE CAN NEVER REPLACE HEALTH. I just want equal rights of protection of those with allergies. Truthfully money would be helpful and this oxygen tank could be replaced by having money to order a new one. STAYING ALIVE IS THE FIRST OBJECTIVE.
Condolences to the family who lost a child with a peanut allergy that was on Yahoo mews this AM. So even they are not getting much protection either. GRANTED A LABEL MIGHT BE VERY LENGTHY BUT ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO EASILY KNOW WHERE TO LOOK UP THE INGREDIENTS TO GET THE FINER DETAILS. AND I COULD NOT, NOR ANY DOCTOR COULD NOR ANY PHARMACIST AND STILL CAN'T. SO WHO GOT THIS MEDICATION TODAY OR THIS WEEK AND GOT SICK? AND I HAVE NO REASON TO DOUBT SANDOZ THAT THE FDA OKAYED IT. But where is the copy of the authority that granted it. No one at FDA knows>>>>>????? NO ONE AT FDA CARED TO EVEN FIND OUT??????
