If one has had a lung injury as I did from Inhaling toxic fuemes, your heart and other body organs begin over compensating. ettc., especially the heart. And clinical trials for asthma drugs exclude participants with heart conditions. So we are excluded form having any medcations is what is occurring right now. ( My docotrs have gone to compounding) and that is not covered by many health programs. or in the case Of Federal Bules, have to pay and file later complicatedforrms to get repoaid. )
Ethically, my pulimonogists need a caridioloigst to monitor so they can treat. as one ends up with progresisve disesases. The worse of all of this, our conditons d o not get studied as they shoudldto find better treatments and possible cures.
Very often we aee in some kind of lltigation from circumstances the injury and we have no choice in doing so in our system .. Workers comp, car insurance, etc is not going to pay if we don't pursue legal actions against those who 'are at fault.' !/10/89, I was overcome with a toxic cloud at my Desk job at Social Secuirty in Jerseye City, NJ . The landlord was a bilionare and one of the few most powerful insurance companies et al had started the cover up before any got to the hospital to convnce them to 'turn them away' its all hysteria. All but me on 1/0 89 were and if it had not been ofr a mix up as to whom I workednfor and Port Authoorty getiting put on my Emergency room chart, I could have too.. I am not sayig that a doctor did not see them, but nothing beyond a cursoiry look and no tetss run was the 'treatment' We all had the 'grea't Fedeal health insurance>. This is an invisible injury as its internal and not readily seem as a gashing blood cut or broken linb might be.\
I got all the diagnosic tests run and disgnosis made of toxic fumes. which 'blew the whistle ' on all the criminal activity going on. Which had started before we ever entreed the new building back in 7/88 as it could not have passed city , state ofrfederal inspections for us to even be in it.
Unknown to us, was the Jersey City fire dept had cited the owners Hartz Mountain Industries et al for 'gas build up' as the gas detectors goign off alerted them to come. Hartz MOUntian was to 'correct' probems or the biulding evactutated as unsafe for human habitation. The 'correction' was to turn off the gas detectors and then convicce the higher ups in OSHA, etc after injuries occurred that they didn't need to even check the furnace or any other part of the buidling not rented to the Federal Govt. We were on the top 9th floor of 2 Journal Square ADP builidng ( interlocked with ACS) and refueed requests from rank and file OSHA workers to get court orders and then destroyed some crucial evidence. before the truth began toget out as owrkers hospitalized or medcial malpractice would be the next ound of claims to be brought.
The evidence was in my blood and skin samples and when the ER doctor cmae to fill out the toxic exposure report for the state health dept for them to act on. The mix up of whom I worked for got corrected and although I was being prepared for admission, and treatmentl I was sent home ' to let her die.' as all were becaruse we worked for HHS as Social Securtiy was part of them then. And as one doctor in Philly told us later : all 90 of us were 'blackballed for life' by the peer review. Aother entity that few knows about and one of the orignal 'DEATH PANLES' in this nation.

Worked on filings of some Oxygen claims to Federal Blues . I had faxed them and somehow my older fax machine ( ad to stop and starrt) and and pages get mixed in with others?. Must be a major problem in general as even CGS at Medicare sent out a press release to all over there to to make sure the entire filing gets in totgether and to set machines to run at night, etc. so will try later on this evening to send. Whatever can be done that way, is cehaper than ocsts of copying and mailing reduced if done timely so if no reposnse by dedlines can then send certified mail..
Then mail came and one doctor, I no longer see, sent a bill. He and another one seem to have useed the same billing service at one period of time and co pays I made and payments on deductibles has reuslted in those not being credited on the bill. And when I submitted copies of cancelled checks fromthe bank to each;showing they were deposited and where, with a detailed letter reponse, ignored and theyclam they don;t have it. Doyle said today. we need to just write the word embezzlement and they need to findo ut where the missing monies went to. Only a few hunderd dollars missing here;, not the million missing over at Federal workers comp which all of these bills are coverd at 100% and should not have to file or pay anything, etc. yet ACS-Xerox won'tt post file and did they 'pocket the million ' they may have gotten for for we 'old' cases for extra handling if that is what occurred and someones 'helped themselves to hundreds of millions of dollars? or more.? All I know is a real DEATH PANEL created for me and terrible hardships for self and family over it.

History will judge each of us as well as YAHUSHA whom we Christians call Chrsit Jesus. on a final day of judgement. and He is merciful and forgiving of a repentant sinner. I get my ballots for the entire year mailed to my home by filing out one paper per year. 95% voitng for 10 years and pray for evil to be bound up forever in this world.Don;t worry if you vote for one who does not turn out to do the job; its why we have elections to FIRE ONES WHO DON'T DO THE JOB AND REHIRE THE ONES WHO DO.
