The format got changed and had some problems adding the info  under the pictures. Got  yesterday's done some done but not today's. Kept getting a pop up right where I was to lick to add the info.

  Carmen one of face book friends found some more info on the President;s Dad (99% sure) where he's listed as attending a camp on Christian Youth Leadership back in 1957 at  Camp Wood in Kansas  She found the info in the Plain Dealer, Kansas City, KS

    I WATCHED SENATE HEARING WITH THE US TREASURY SEC JACK LEW AND MANY OF THE QUESTIONS WERE ABOUT THE SCANDAL AT IRS WITH THE POLITICALIZATION CHARGES.
          When Sen Shelby's turn for quesitins he asked about  I've written about for a long time. The  head of the agency has the authority to say what criminnal investigation can take place and who is referred for prosecution.
 In essence Sec Lew tried to pass, with basically it depends on the integrity of the person in the position.
 Of course, it always does. All take the oath to promise to uphold the US Constitution when they enter onduty in any federal position wether as a Grade 1 to the highest level,the President.
But was revealed that the Head, in his case the Sec of  IRS, a cabinet  level did get a report of investigations under way  and the obvious implication of control even though its not ideal.. After all the head does a performances review of those under him or her and at the highest levels substantial bonuses may or may not be give for the work done, or not done.
 Its difficult to get any of these political appointees to admit they have the legal power to stop  a criminal investigation and what happens  if the report  indicates a need for a referral for prosecution to the US Attorney..
  Many who say they have evidence of misuse of SSN by POTUS and al the court cases.. surely reports filed with SSA or they now have partnered that out to the Federal Trade Comission who contracted it out to Lock heed Martin,.... another major problem with the military contractor doing fraud reports of SSN fraud???  But somewhere  along the way, no one cleared POTUS of any wrongdoing and the issue malinger. political heads bury the reports? With POTUS the referral would go to Congress not the US atturney? to decide  censorship or impeachment. The malingering doesn't help any.us.  And if any head is taking bribes or has other ulterior motives, then our entire system collapses. One needs to clear of wrongdoing or have the criminal process go forward.
In the malingering issues re Potus, Did Com Astrue stop any investigation? check things out? He did me wrong and I'm suffreing for it now with all my files missing and all say it came from the highest levels and no one stood up to the crim inal acts they were told to go along with. Its casued an entrenched corruption. so  pervasive its amost collapsed the whole nation and my eye witness account and the documented files-so the link to a increasing cover up  led dierct to 9/11 nadd even the 9/11 commision was forbid to get into the real casue, the negligence of past congresses to pass laws and do oversight to stop the crimes .
Back in the  years before 9/11 when I was trying to stop it from happening and no one would listen,Sen Shelby was one that asked some direct questions in a Sen Hearing and pretty soon he was shoved aside in  by  the US Senate to a less stronger postion. No one is allowed to even stop a war?
      So thanks to Sen Shelby we have some testimony clarified on the record of the process.

Our Federal enforcement , in all the agencies  is not going to go against the policial head of the agency  are they? They are not an independent enity.  USUALLY LAW ENFORCECMENT WOULD BE MORE  ALIGNED WITH the agency which does the prosecuting and at the federal lovel is   the US Justice dept under the attorney general, and in states ther the state AG or your local county DA for local crimes.
No system is going to be perfect. As Sec Lew in essence said. Integrity of the person in the higher office makes the  difference as to whether even the best system works.
But temptations to have unaccounatable govt contractors under  full control of a crooked political appointee or someone who serves just under that person means  the contractor goes out and does the dirty and criminal work and  the federal employee who can be prosecuted can have denialblity and good luck finding  bribery money if that' what occurred buried in some foreign bank account.
THE CURRENT SYSTEM JUST HAS TOO MANY TEMPTATIONS TO DO A CRIMINAL ACT BUT  NOT GET CAUGHT!

I'm very tired and am cutting this short. But prayers for those armed by the tornadoes. Check out the groups so your gifts will be used the best way possible for those in need..
And when it comes time for personal gifts. phot albums form your own . for pictures you may have that includes some of those who lost all theirs in the storms. and create an album  for them. Clothes and new dishes are nice, but many can give those; if one has some of those precious pictures, that's a gift that's 'PRICELESS!'
