Check with your doctor!if you are taking certian prescription drugs. You may be advised to not do the charcoal or caffeine if you are on Theophylline. Hopefully the Prescription drug insert will tell you what supplements or foods to avoid. I'm not a doctor, just a very chemically sensitive patient; including chemicallyinduced paneumonities from very minute exposures. Linda Joy Adams
