5 bid on state Medicaid contracts CJOnline.com How many are affiliates of Affiliated computer services, i.e. Goldman sachs and the investors of the federal reserve. isn't the reason we have govt offiiicials is to ' manage' govt programs? So 20% of the monies oes for management fees and the medical is rationed even further?
